Chapter 5 Why?

Ryan's pov

The next day I went to school. Em or any of her friends show up to school that day. They did not show up for at least a week. When they did they did not seem like them-self. Em wouldn't talk, eat or drink. Bella talks but eats very little. Damien and Erik eat and talk. They tried to make Em and Bella happy but they were not getting happy. I saw a guy about my height starting to walk over to my mate. She looks ups saw him then down. The person sat down and started to talk to Damien and Erik.

Em's pov

I had to go to school. I did not want to but I have been out in a week. In that one week someone  I know die and I was close to him. He was like a brother to me. He had a strong wolf. But there were too many wolves and he die. It should have been me not him. I look at the board to see what topic we are on. Well at another school we finish this topic. The homework is to answer questions. Yay right? For all my classes before lunch I zone out. When lunch time came I wasn't hungry. Bella, Erik, and Damien eat. I just sat there zone out until henry came. I look at him then I look back down. He was with me when it happen. Henry and me tried to help him but he was too far gone. I pull out my phone and I saw that I got a message from henry.

Phone messages:

Henry: Em I am sorry for what happen to Sam. I hope that you get better. For us and the rest of the pack.

Em: I am going to. just give me a little more time. ok?

Henry: alright.

We went to our last few classes before going home. I started to walk home when Ryan car pull up and he said "I can give you ride and take you out. We can hang out at my house if you want." I nodded and got in the passenger seat. We went to his section of the house. We walk in and went upstairs to his room. A dark red for his walls, a larger desk with papers scatter on it.  

Ryan's pov

Once we were in my room she look around the room. While she look around the room I sat on the bed. I patted the spot next to me for her to sat. She sat down next to me. "Are you ok?" I ask. "Kind of." She says. "Did someone hurt you? What do you mean?" I ask with concern lace through my voice. "My friend die and it's all my fault. I could have save him but it was too late. The whole week of school I miss was because I did not want to get out of bed. I was depress." She says as tear slowly start to fall. I pull her into a hug and say "Its not your fault. Its going to be ok."  She hugs me back. Then she pulls back and look at me. Her eyes are sparkling with desire. I crash my lips on hers. She kisses me back. Then there was a knock on the door. I growl. She pulls away and said "You should get it. I will come over later if you."  "But I want you now." I said. "Go answer it please, for me." She says. "Fine." I say as I open my door and there stood Zack. "A rogue attack. I don't know why. But they have Zane I think." Zack says as his breathe is uneven. With that Em was up and saying "What do you mean they have Zane?!" "I think I saw him but someone has him." Zack answers. "Shit." She mumble under her breathe. "You are not going out there." I said. "Yes I am. This is Zane we are talking about." She said. "You are going home." I said. "No, I am... Fine." She says. Wait did she just gave in? "Zack drive her to her mansion." I say. Zack nods his head and Em follow. Once they were in the car that's when I went to go fight the rouges.

Em's pov

I got in the passenger seat as Zack got in the driver seat. "Em look I know that you want to save Zane but its dangers out there. Ryan is only caring for your safety." Zack says after a few minutes in the car. "Here it is." I say as I point to the mansion. He parks and I got out. Damien, and Erik, was there waiting for me. "Alex got Zane. For a minute I thought they got you." Damien says as he has concern in his eyes. "It doesn't matter we need to get Zane back. Where is Henry and Bella?" I ask. "They went to fight." Erik answers. "Lets go." I say. "Em don't Ryan will be mad at you." Zack warned me. "I don't care. I am going to loose a brother if I don't go. I already lost one I don't need another one." I say as I shift and so Damien and Erik. Once we got on the battlefield I see Alex. He has Zane up against a tree knock out. He is also enjoying watching the fight. I ran pass his wolves and head towards him. All his wolf and Ryan wolf stop once they saw a red wolf run right pass them. That's when Alex picks up Zane and runs. I chase after him but got tackle by another wolf. I throw the wolf off of me but he came back so I bite his neck. I lost Alex so I tried to smell his scent but it was gone.  I went back and all his wolves were gone. I shift back. When we shift back we still have our clothes on. Its was 1:00 in the morning.  I walk started to walk when Ryan came running out with Damien, Erik, Henry, Zack, and Bella behind him. He grab me and pull me to him. I started to cry. "H-he gone.' I said. "Shhh it going to be ok." Ryan's smooth voice says. "Em don't ran away like that. For hors I thought Alex got you." Henry says as he looks at me. I look down and mumble "Sorry." We start to go inside. Damien, Erik, Henry said that they were going to the mansion so that they could start to look. So they left. I notice Zack has his arm around Bella. Ryan carries me to his bedroom. He lays me on his bed. "Em we will get him back I promise." Ryan says as he looks down at me. "I love you, Ryan." I say as I smile. "I love you too Em." He says as he smiles back showing his dimples.I pull his lips down to mine. I start to kiss him slowly. He kisses me back. His bite on my bottom lip and I gasp, that's when he sneak his toys tongue inside my mouth.  Then there was a knock. I pull away and say for the second time "Go see who it is." "Alright." Ryan said. He got up and saw a guy all dress in black. "Can I please speak to Em?" Alex ask. "Sorry but its late at night and she is asleep." Ryan said. "I know that she is awake. Now let me see her." Alex said. "No." Ryan said. With that Alex tackle Ryan and they start to fight. "Alex get off of him." I yell in my alpha tone. Alex stop fighting Ryan and listen. "You are even more beautiful then what your parents told me." Alex said. "Leave me only! I don't want to go with you!" I said. "I have Zane and I know how dear he is to you. So if you don't came with me I will kill him. Wait better yet I will kill everyone in your pack. Everyone that you care about" Alex said. Right then and there I want to cry but I held it in. "Get the hell out of my room and give me back Zane." I said. My eyes started to turn black. "Zane will be here in the morning." Alex says then he left. "Who was that?" Ryan ask. "It was Alex. He was the one who take Zane away." I mumble as I climb back to bed. He follow me and wraps his macules arms around me. I fell asleep.
