2-3 = Genin
4-5= Chuunin
6-7= Jounin
8-9= Anbu
10= Kage
10+= Special Case
Taijutsu- 5/10 without weapons, 7/10 with weapons.
Ninjutsu- 9/10

Chakra levels- Has two chambers, the first one barely has any chakra while the second has an unlimited amount (but it takes time to recover). Amanda could switch at will and it masks her chakra easily.
Main element- she likes to use ice the most even though she has control over other elements cuz ice is pretty.
Kekkei genkai-
Amanda named it the "oculus deorum", which translates to eye of the gods in Latin. It has 3 stages:
1. The natural stage has a bright orange heart in the middle that allows the user to have control of anyone or anything (including elements) using chakra. It also makes the user unconsciously persuade living things to do her bidding. If the person is strong-willed, they won't be swayed but Amanda's chibi-eye jutsu can make even the strongest criminals crack.
2. The necromancy stage allows the user to bring back the dead fully healed. This also makes her immortal, but it takes her some time to recover and wastes almost all of her chakra.
3. The oculus temporum stage allows the user to control time for a brief moment (so far the limit is 5 minutes). She could stop, slow, and speed up time but she can't go to the past. She also 'gets flashes of the future' but that's only cuz she read the Naruto manga (lol).
