Ellianna's POV-
Paris ended up being a complete blast. My moms fashion show was a complete hit. And Erik and Avery were completely....well let's just say they are officially together. Erik and Avery were following us back to Gage's house late Friday night after we got off the plane. Earlier in the week Gage mentioned that Jordan threw a New Years Eve party every year and invited them to go. We had four days to recover from our trip and from jet lag. We were all exhausted from the endless nights of partying while we were in Paris. From what Gage told me about Jordan's parties I was going to need those four days to prepare myself. When we pulled onto campus all I could think about was climbing in my bed and staying there for four days.
I was seriously fighting not falling asleep. I knew if I did Gage would carry me to bed but he looked just as tired as I felt. So I forced myself to stay awake. In no time we were pulling into the garage. I rubbed my hands over my face and waited for Gage to open my door. I watched him walk around the car and couldn't help but smile. My family was crazy about Gage and I couldn't help but wish my dad could have met him. He opened my door and gave me a sleepy smile. I know mine matched his and I climbed out. I followed him to the back and seen Avery was sleeping.
Erik slowly climbed out of the truck just as Gage got our bags out and shut the hatch. Erik shut his door and reached his hands above his head and stretched. He turned and yawned and slowly started to walk to Avery's door. I said "I'm surprised you didn't fall asleep at the wheel." He looked like he could pass out at any moment. He just smiled at me and went to open Avery's door. Gage said "you ready baby?" I said "hang on. I wanna see this." We both looked over at Erik who was about to open the door with Avery sleeping against the window. If he wasn't careful she was going to fall out. I could use a good laugh and that would be something my brother would do.
Erik gently cracked the door and reached in and grabbed Avery's shoulder. He held her up and opened the door the rest of the way. He reached in and took off her seat belt then lifted her up bridal style. I didn't want to laugh anymore. I wanted to cry. I've never seen Erik, or any of my other brothers, be so gentle with someone. The fact that he was being like this with my best friend made me want to run up to him and hug him. Instead I called him out on it. I turned to follow Gage to the door and said "I'm surprised you didn't let her fall out the door." He said following behind me "yeah, well I kinda like this one." I just made it through the door and turned around when Avery said, half awake, "I kinda like you too." I just smiled at him and walked through the kitchen ready to climb in bed.
I lead the pack of tired people down the hall and up the stairs. I heard Erik say "what's that?" I turned and looked at him standing on the bottom step looking over at the living room. I just smiled and said "my Christmas present" then started walking up the rest of the stairs. He said "that's cool." I didn't say anything though and neither did Gage. I opened the door and looked back to Erik and said "good night you two." Avery whispered "good night trick." I walked in and Gage placed our bags down and said "be right back baby." I just smiled at him then he walked out shutting the door.
I quickly walked to the bathroom and striped my clothes off. Mother nature called so I went and took care of business. I walked back in the bathroom with nothing but my cotton panties on. Looked at myself in the mirror and decided I was too tired to take my make-up off. I didn't have much on so I brushed my teeth and walked back in the room just as Gage opened it. He smiled and me and took a deep breath. The poor guy hasn't had sex with me the last three days because my period came. He decided last month as a code for him to leave me alone I would sleep in panties. They had to be cotton though so he would know he didn't have a green light to go.
