3rd person POV
In case you're wondering, Jc's parents died when he was 17, so he had been living on his own since. It was just him and his little sister Jaylyn. So, he had texted her last night before he fell asleep saying that he was gonna be sleeping over Cam's house.
Anyway, it was Friday morning and Cam and Jc were supposed to be getting ready for school but they had accidentally slept in.
Usually, Nancy would come in, rip the covers off and drag Cam out of bed, but this time, Cam's dad had noticed what Nancy was about to do and stopped her. He wanted Jc and Cam to get close and become more comfortable in each other's beings. He understood it. He was the same way when Cam's mom's parents wouldn't let them be together and he didn't think Cam deserved that.
Cam's mom had also died three years ago from breast cancer and Cam convinced her dad that he should slowly try to move on and start dating more; and that's when he got married to the old hag, Nancy. But if her dad was happy, then so was she.
"Nancy, just leave them alone. She was upset last night and he came to comfort her. We both know that; we heard her crying and her heavy breathing and him trying to calm her down. Please, just leave them alone when it comes to them." Cam's dad was discussing what he thinks Nancy should do when it comes to Cam and Jc's "relationship".
She rolled her eyes. "Okay, I guess."
"Please, at least try, Nancy. This boy means a lot to her. Let her live. And not to mention you two aren't related at all so please let her breathe a little." He rubbed her shoulder and walked passed her to head out to work.
Original POV
Jc had groaned and shifted more to his right, holding me closer. That's when I had realized what happened. I couldn't sleep. Had an anxiety attack. Texted Jc. Cried in his arms. Cuddled. Simple.
I smiled at the thought and held him tighter and even more closer when Nancy had walked in.
"Cam. Get up, come on. There's breakfast downstairs," I could tell Nancy was trying her hardest to be nice, I don't know why though.
"I'll be down in a minute," I whispered and pointed to Jc, indicating that he was obviously still sleeping and I had to wake him up.
She nodded with a smile and walked downstairs. "Take your time." She was acting weird and I really wanna know why. This isn't usual; she's always a bitch.
I ignored it for now and started to shake Jc lightly.
"Jc... come on, wake up."
He woke up and grabbed my head with both of his hands and kissed my forehead.
"Morning." He had this beautiful, attractive raspy, morning voice that instantly woke me up.
"Well goodmorning to you too." I rolled my eyes back in pleasure and began to stare at him while he got up and put his shirt on.
"Take a picture, it'll last longer." He tossed me my phone as I immediately started taking pictures of his beautiful body.
"Will do."
He giggled. "Come on, I'm hungry." He reached his hand out and pulled me off my bed and downstairs.
We ate and went back upstairs to get ready for our day, Jc had (for some reason) brought different pants, as he came in a baggy shirt and sweats last night.
"Okay, let's roll. Where you wanna go?" I asked him as we both got in our car and buckled our seatbelts.
"Well, I left my sister home by herself last night so I wanna go check my house to see if she's still there meaning if she was then she obviously stayed home from school and if she's not, then I wanna go dismiss her, its Friday. She doesn't deserve this torture." He explained.
