Avi groaned. He was already not able to sleep, and right when he was about to doze off, his phone buzzed. He checked it and saw it was a text from Mitch. To being able to ignore one of his band mates he clicked in the texting app.

Mitch: Hey! Gurrrllllll!
Avi: Are you drunk?
Mitch: Whaaaastt? Nah. But you are sexy
Avi: Get some sleep
Mitch: wanna have sex?
Avi: No.

Avi sighed and put down his phone. Sometime Mitch got really flirty when he was drunk, but nothing ever like that. Avi just hoped that Mitch would be okay. Avi laid on his back and stared up at the ceiling. His head was crammed with so many thoughts that he couldn't go to sleep. Rehearsal was tomorrow and Avi knew if he didn't get sleep he would make rehearsal even more stressful than it already was. Plus, Mitch out partying before rehearsal was not the best since he would have a huge hangover. Avi knew Kevin went out to since they share a hotel room, but he knew Kevin was going to be more under control with his drinking. Hopefully. Avi checked SnapChat and saw a new one from Scott. It had Kirstie and Scott in it laughing then taking shots with... Esther. Avi threw his phone down. He seemed to be the only one worried about this. Or maybe he was just overthinking it. He got up and walked to the bathroom. He turned the sink water to the coldest it could go and splashed some on his face. You look like a zombie. Avi harshly to himself. He clamored back to bed and pulled the sheets over him. Just get some sleep, Avi. Just some.

The next morning...

Avi sighed as he got out of bed. He looked over at where Kevin was supposed to be, and saw no one. The bed was still straightened up, pillows in place, and no sign of anyone touching it. Really, all Avi wanted was his band members and close friends to be safe. He pulled out an old flannel shirts and a gray beanie with some jeans. It's been a while since he wore anything like this-He dressed more like Mitch now. Keyword; LIKE, Mitch- but he didn't need anything fancy today. He walked over to the shower and flipped it on. He made sure to turn in to a colder shower so he wouldn't be in there forever. He got undressed and slowly got in the shower. He called it, still tired. And not in the mood to practice. Especially with whiny hungover idiots. He didn't mean that. He loves them.

After Avi was showered and all ready to go he grabbed his stuff, and Kevin's, knowing that they had to be out of the room by 9:30. It was nine, and rehearsal started at ten. That gave him fifteen minutes to check out and look for his friends, and 45 minutes to drive to the practice stage. Everything is about time. Once checked out, Avi shoved Kevin and his luggage in the trunk of his car. He hopped in and drove around for a minute only to realize none of his friends cars were there. He checked the time frantically, hoping he wasn't late for practice. Nope. Did they change the time? He checked texts from everyone. Nope. He began to worry terribly. He drove out with watering eyes. Avi finally came across Scott and Mitch's car in the same place. Well, good. Or maybe not. He parked his car and ran up the stairway to what looked like a run down- but still in business- motel. You had an amazing hotel room idiots.

Avi opened the door and walked over to the main desk. "Did anyone named Scott Hoying or Mitch Grassi check in mam?" Avi asked drumming his fingers anxiously on the desk. She sighed and looked up.

"Yeah. Room 101." She looked back down. Kind of amazing how she didn't ask who Avi was or why he was here. AKA not doing her job. Avi didn't care and rushed down the hallway looking for 101. 107, 105, 103, 101! Avi thought as he passed all the rooms. The numbering seemed backwards to him, but it is really trashy. Avi knocked on the door and heard Mitch groan from the inside,

"Go away!" Scott yelled. Avi waited a minute than knocked harder and louder. He heard footsteps come to the door and watched the door knob slowly turn open with the help of a creak and scratch on the floor. "Oh. Umm... Avi." Scott looked down and turned bright red.

"Hey. You and lover boy need to check out of the hotel, you know, the one we paid for and were meant to sleep in so we could save up money for our touring? Yeah, that one. Also rehearsals today. So hurry up. I'm really pissed right now, and if you knew were Kirstie, Kevin, and Esther are that would be helpful." Avi said in a sassy tone.

"Kevin crashed in Kirstie's room, since it was only on the first floor, and Esther is in her room. Sorry." Scott muttered. Avi sighed at his friend's stupidness, and walked out the door back to his car. He began to drive and saw Kirstie's and Kevin's and Esther's car at a club. He drove even faster. Go figures. He drove until he got to the building of the practice stage. He parked his car and walked in the back way. Chris- their set director and regular director- saw Avi come in and was surprised. It was really early for any of Pentatonix to come in.

"Avi? You okay?" He asked.

Avi looked him straight in the eye and smiled an obviously fake smile on purpose. "You know what? I'm fucking fabulous."
