See Through

Chapter Ten

"I was wondering something, babe." The strange man laughed as Avi struggled to get out of the now tight metal chains. Avi had a gag around his mouth along with a blindfold, but that had been there a while. Avi was completely naked but the man had already, well, raped Avi multiple times. Avi shook his head, not wanting to hear what the man would say.

"I'm going to take your blindfold off, and your gag, put your clothes back on." The man continued as he took off Avi's blindfold, and then his gag. He threw Avi his clothes and unchained him. Avi quickly pulled them on and looked up at the man with hope in his eyes.

"What? Really?" Avi asked as he stood up. The man laughed and pushed him back down to the cold, hard, concrete floor.

"You didn't let me finish. And I'm going to burn this whole place down." He went over to a large metal box. Once he opened it he began to pull wooden planks out of it and place it along the room. Avi squirmed in fear. He grabbed a bottle of lighter fluid and some matches. Avi knew if he got up the man would hurt him, and he was terrified. He was absolutely terrified. The final drops of the thin liquid dropped out of bottle near Avi, Avi was shaking with tears falling almost as fast as the lighter fluid.

"Bye bye, honey." The man said as he walked out of the door right after he threw the match down. Avi whimpered as the fire quickly spread. Avi thought about what kind of sick person would have these things, and who would do this. The smoke clouded the air. Avi was close to the ground, but it was barely helping. The fire was almost right beside Avi. Avi began to drift off. He felt the fire burning his skin from only one foot away. It was painful. Terribly painful.

Once again Avi's vision went black. And then his mind went black. And then his breath slowed.
