After they went to Esther's house and Avi wasn't there, Scott went into hysterics all over again. Esther tried to calm him down, but she couldn't. They even called Mitch and Kirstie. After their most recent conversation, Mitch hesitated after their argument, but agreed. When Kirstie and Mitch walked in and heard Scott's screaming and yelling, they had two different reactions. Mitch ran to the living room to help Scott, while on the other hand Kirstie just stood there,
scared of why Scott was doing this. Kirstie felt shivers down her spine as she walked closer.
"Scotty?" She whimpered as she peered into the room. He was curled up in a ball on Mitch's chest sobbing.  Screaming about how it was his fault. Kevin was holding Esther's hand, who was rubbing Scott's back. Kirstie carefully made her way to Scott not wanting to scare him. "Scotty?" She again. Scott looked up and got up from Mitch's chest. He wiped tears away from his red, puffy eyes. He sniffles and then opened his arms.
"Can I have a hug, sis?" Scott asked. His voice was shaky and barely understandable. Kirstie nodded and fell into his warm arms. "Is he go-ona be okay? Scott whispered. Kirstie nodded and patted his back. Scott tightened his grip and sobbed more.
