Avi woke up in a white room with a nurse standing next to him looking at a clipboard. Avi realized where he was and what had happened. The nurse looked up and gave him a soft smile. "Hey, do you need more sleep? There's a person out there that has been waiting for you."

"Just one?" Avi whispered, not intending for the nurse to hear him. But she did and nodded. "Yeah, I can talk, I need it." The nurse walked out of the room and soon Scott walked in.

"Avi. Oh my god you pulled through!" Scott exclaimed as he ran to Avi and wrapped his arms around Avi's neck. "I was worried sick."

"Scott. I missed you. You didn't let me die. Thank you." Avi hugged back before shedding a tear. Scott pulled away and swiped away Avi's tear.

"Avi. You know it wasn't me who did it. It was you."

"You gave me all of the strength I needed. It does not matter anymore. When can I get out of this horrid place?" Avi growled pissed off.

"The doctor said tomorrow. I think you need some sleep. Would you mind leaving sir?" A new nurse asked, with a tinge of rudeness in her voice. Scott knew it wasn't choice but he still said,

"Actually, yes. I would mind. But I know you don't really care, so I shall leave." Scott stood up and swayed out of the room. The nurse rolled her eyes and walked out too, closing the door shut. That left Avi alone with his thoughts.
Why did no one else come? Were they tired of waiting? Would they just not show up at all? Were they hurt? Did something happen to them that Scott didn't want me to know? No. Scott would've told me. Right?

Avi sighed and looked down at his bedsheets. He knew that because of how hard the bed was he would have a bad pain in his back. He always did. Avi seriously hated hospitals, especially when he had to stay in them for a while. He decided to try and sleep, knowing that was the best thing to do to pass the time. So he did.

*Time Skip*

Avi woke up in the backseat of a car lying down. He didn't know what the hell was happening. Avi closed his eyes tightly, hoping that when he opened them again he would be with Scott. He opened them, and it didn't work. He was still in the car. He lifted up his shirt and saw a wrap around his stomach area. It was all coming back to him.

"Who are you." Avi whimpered terrified it was the man, or someone who worked for the man, that stabbed him. He was shivering at this point.

"It's okay. It's just me Scott. You were sleeping when I got to the hospital so I carried you out. They said your bandage needs to be changed once everyday. Which seems dumb to me, but you have no broken bones. Just a gash that may take a while to heal. Also, a medicine needs to be rubbed on it." Scott informed Avi.

"How long does this have to happen? Scott? Will it hurt. Oh god." Avi gasped. He covered his face with his hands. His hair was down, or as Scott called it, his lion mane.

"Around a month. If it hasn't healed fully by then longer." Scott concluded. Avi shivered and began to hyperventilate. Scott quickly added, "But don't worry. I'm here for you." Avi knew Scott couldn't see him, but he still nodded his head.

"Will it hurt?" Avi asked. His voice sounded weak and pathetic even to himself. Full of fear.

"Putting on the bandage won't hurt. Taking it off may be annoying since you wound is being exposed to the air, and because it will be torn off. Like your skin is- never mind. And the gel will sting. I'm only telling you this because you deserve the truth. And you would find out anyway."

"O-okay. That's fi-ine." Avi's voice wavered. His voice cracked slightly on the last words. He buried his face in the leather he was laying on. He began to sob loudly. He knew Scott only wanted the best, and didn't want to lie. Avi appreciated that. But he was scared.

"Hey. You have nothing to be scared of. You are so strong. Now get up. The rest of the band and Esther want to see you. They couldn't stand seeing you in the hospital." Scott ordered. Oh, well I guess one of my thoughts were right.

"So you could stand seeing me in the hospital?" Avi retorted as Scott helped him out of the car. Scott shut the door and stared at Avi.

"You think I liked it that you were in the hospital? I hated it. I thought that you would die and I needed to see you! When you woke up I didn't want you thinking no one cared about your condition!" Scott yelled. He pushed Avi against the car. Avi yelped, feeling a sudden pain in his lower abdomen.

"Scott. Please, you're hurting me!" Avi begged as Scott pushed himself onto Avi.

"Oh god. I'm sorry. I wasn't thinking. Let's go meet up with Mitch, Kevin, Kirstie, and Esther before I hurt you again."
