Scott had got a job at a grocery store and on his breaks he would go out and sing to earn extra money.

Mitch had applied for many jobs that paid a lot. He was college educated so he should be able to get a pretty decent job.

Mitch applied for the hospital, a dental hygienist, and a journalist. He hoped he would get the job as a journalist, it sounded more fun to him.

He was currently sitting on a bench, waiting for Scott to be done with his shift. He decided that instead of waiting for him, he would try and earn some money.

Mitch got a old cup from the ground and put it in front of the bench. He thought of another song that he loved and stared to belt out the lyrics.

"Found the truth beneath your lies, true love never has to hide." Mitch sang passionately.

"Trade your broken wings for mine, seen your scars and kissed your crime."

People were placing dollars in the cup but kept walking past since they all wanted to get home.

Mitch continued to sing until the song ended and people stopped putting money in his cup. Mitch snatched it off the ground and didn't count it before throwing it in his pocket.

He looked around for Scott once again and didn't see him. He was around ten minutes late, but Mitch didn't mind waiting.

He put the cup back on the ground and started to sing another Beyoncé song that he loved.

Money kept flooding in the cup as Mitch sang until them end.

Mitch looked around for Scott again and smiled when he spotted two piercing plus eyes. He picked up the cup and started to walk towards his boyfriend.

"Hey, you were late." Mitch said.

Scott leaned down to connect their lips with a smile, "I was talking to Jeremy at the hospital!"

Mitch waited for Scott to continue, "And?"

Scott turned Mitch around and started to walk to their apartment, "Let's talk about it when we get home, how much money did you make?"

Mitch shrugged, "I'll count it."

Mitch counted the money and in his pocket as they were walking to their apartment, "One hundred and three dollars."

Scott smirks fondly and shook his head, "That's amazing honey, it really is."

Mitch giggled slightly and entered the lobby, saving at Esther as they went up the stairs.

Scott opened the door and sat on the bed. Mitch took the money he had just made and put it in the 'money jar' they keep in their living room.

Mitch sat down on Scott's lap and turned to face him so they were chest to chest, "Okay, tell me now."

Scott ran his hands up and down Mitch's back, "I went to the hospital to talk to Jeremy about Kirstie and see if he could give her a ride on the trains because he said he was related to the people who conduct them. And he said he can't tell them to just pick up Kirstie because they won't allow that, someone from their family needs to accompany Kirstie. So Jeremy said since he just left me in Russia, he would go back and pick up Kirstie to return the favor."

Mitch had been listening very closely but when he heard that Jeremy would do that he zoned out, "A-Are you serious?"

Mitch let his jaw go slack and a pressure take over his chest. He gave Scott a weak hug and began to cry tears of joy, "W-We have to tell her."
