I stood in awe, not able to say anything, so I didn't. I walked quietly into his house with a shy smile on my face. He closed the door behind me, "So my room is upstairs. Follow me." Will began walking towards the carpeted stairs and I followed closely behind him. I looked around at the nicely decorated interior, there was something about the way the house was decorated that made me feel warm and cozy.

He stopped at a white color door down the hallway and opened it. He walked in and I slowly stepped inside. His room was beige as well and was surprisingly organized for a boy's room. He had a few computer monitors and a large bookshelf filled with different cameras, video games, and different gaming consoles. My eyes immediately widened at the sight of this. My secret love for video games AND photography made my crush on him even bigger.

I walked towards his video game collection, without realizing what I was doing. I started smiling and pulling out different games when he said, "You like what you see? I didn't know you were into gaming." I quickly stood up and cleared my throat, "Uh yeah, I am somewhat of a gaming enthusiast I guess." My eyes avoided him as I nervously pushed my hair behind my ears. My shyness got the best of me yet again.

Will scratched the back of his neck and huffed, "Right so, I already wrote the script for this 'news cast.'" He handed me a notebook paper with my name written on the top and his name beside mine. His handwriting was so nice and the way he wrote my name made me smile. I took in a breath and read the script to myself, he didn't give me much to say but I wasn't complaining. Will stood behind his camera on a tripod, adjusting it, "Whenever you're ready, you can step in front of the camera and say your lines." My face began to burn, I fixed my hair and timidly walked in front of the camera. Why was this so hard for me to do? This should be exciting, considering that I'm at my crush's house, I thought to myself. I froze, my heart beat beginning to pick up speed. I saw him get down on one knee and look through the camera's screen at me, as he was too tall for the camera. I could feel my face begin to turn red.

"Ready?" Will spoke. I just nodded my head in response. I began to speak, but forgot the lines halfway through. Will assured me, "It's okay. I'll edit this out, don't worry. Look, I'll just uhm-" he took the script and held it up for me to read as he was recording. My face felt like it was on fire at this point. Nonetheless, I read through the script fine and before I knew it, it was over. I secretly appreciated his kindness and patience for me.

Will sat down at his computer and transferred the clips from his camera to his computer, "Great job, Bianca. I'm sure this video will be the best in class." I half smiled. I knew that if I ever wanted to get anywhere with him, now would be be perfect and possibly the only time to do it. I needed to push through these feelings I was feeling and just talk to him.

Just then, my phone's screen lit up. I looked at it, it was Mitchell texting me: Bee, we were just wondering if you and Will had kissed yet? ;)
I smirked as I read through his words. And to be honest, this gave me a little bit more courage to speak to Will. So I did. "Will, I didn't know how savvy you were with technology. I am a photography nerd, myself." The words flowed out of my mouth, I had no control over it.

He turned to me and directed his attention toward me, "Are you? I had no idea. That's so cool. Are you in the photography club at school?" I shook my head, "No, but my friends have been wanting me to join. I don't know, really." He smiled, "You should totally sign up. It's so fun, I'm in it."

I smiled back, "Maybe I will."
