Chapter 6: The Date

"I just don't understand why we had to go to the mall right this second, I have a date tonight." I said as I was being shoved into a fitting room. Kira threw a dress over the door and asked me to try it on. I sighed and undid the last outfit I was forced to try on.

The red dress brought out my eyes and hair and was showing every good thing about my body. I smiled before walking out and seeing all their faces light up. Kira and Malia were laying on a love seat while Allison had her phone in her hands but was smiling brightly.

"Oh my god, you have to get this dress!" Allison squealed as she ran up to me and started fluffing the dress. I laughed and nodded before going back into the dressing room and changing into my original clothes, bringing the dress along with two other outfits and a pair of shoes to the checkout line.

"That'll be $60.50" The cashier said and I smiled as I handed him my credit card.

"Thank you, have a nice day!" He said and handed me my bag and stuffed the receipt inside. I took it with a smile and joined the 3 girls up front.

"That dress is killer, I cant believe it was on sale!" Malia said and I laughed before nodding as we walked to the parking lot.

"Wait! We still haven't gone to the makeup store." Kira said and I rolled my eyes before joining them.

"Ugh, I feel so at home." I said and they laughed before going to their own sections.

"Excuse me? Hi. I was wondering if you had this in any other pinks?" I asked one of the ladies and she smiled before leading me to a table.

"We sure do! Here is our collection and if you need anything else Ill be right over there." She said and began walking back.

"Thank you!" I called and she turned around to breifley smile before returning to her position. I paid attention to the lipsticks and started roaming my eyes and finger over the pinks.

"Have it, had it, want it, have it, have it, buying it, have it, have it, buying it, so getting this one, had it, doesn't work, ew, getting it!" I said as I had 4 lipsticks in my hand. I smiled confidently before grabbing more concealer, mascara, and powder.

78 dollars lost and 20 minutes later, Kira was dragging me into another clothing store.

"Okay, what is going on! You keep making me go places when I need to go home and get ready." I whined and Allison laughed.

"Look, you need to get your mind off of it and what better way than this! I know you're freaking out about this date since its your first since Aiden and we're here to make sure you aren't freaking out for the wrong reasons." Kira rushed out and I rolled my eyes as Allison slapped her arm.

"I'm not worried about any of that, I mean its Stiles. I'm not nervous for it at all I'm just really excited ... now please let me go home and redo my makeup." I pleaded and Allison nodded.

"Of course, but first were going to get a smoothie because its your date night and I know you haven't eaten for a day because you are in fact nervous, and you don't want to admit it." I laughed at her knowledge of my behavior and walked right up to get the smoothie we so desperatley wanted.

"Okay, I got my smoothie and spent over 200 dollars today, are you finally going to let me go?" I asked eagerly and Allison laughed.

"I've never seen you this excited for a date, you really like him, don't you?" Kira asked and I smiled widely before shrugging.

"Okay, well I came with Allison so I'll give you both hugs goodbye." I said as I hugged Malia and Kira. "And yes, I will text you every detail after its over." I smiled and Kira laughed.
