Roomate

So my names Casey I'm 19 yrs old and live with my friend jade who is dating this guy called Michael I don't really know much about him all I know is she spends most of her time with him and I'm left in this apartment on my own all day. Tonight is different though I got invited to the movies with her and Michael third wheeling much, oh well it's still somthing to do I guess. It was about 8pm and I was just getting ready I looked and saw jade at the door "seriously hurry up you'll keep them waiting" she said as she left me to get ready I didn't take any notice of her and grabbed my black shirt with a white cross on the middle and my galaxy leggings. I looked in the mirror and saw my hair it was long and mess fuck my life I said I myself as I grabbed my beanie and put on my black doc martins and ran out the door "okay I'm ready" I said as I looked and saw jade and 4 lads and another girl "urm" I mumbled as jade smiled and walked off with us all I grabbed her arm and pulled her from Michael "who the fuck are all these people" I whispered as she smiled "they are his friends why is there a problem" she said as I shook it off "no no not at all" I said as we all walked to the movies. I felt so awkward I didn't know anyone other than jade and I barely knew Michael yet alone his friends. We all sat down in a row at the movies waiting for the movie to start I sat by jade and this lad with blond hair I've never felt this awkward as I looked over I saw him looking at me "so urm your friends with Michael" I said as the movies adds were going on for ages "yeah I am and let my guess your jades flat mate" he said as I laughed "yep that's me" I smiled as I looked back to the movie screen. Every now and again I could see him looking at me in the corner of my eye I chose to ignore it. As the movie ended we all walked back to the flat I smiled as I looked at jade she looked so happy with Michael they were cute, as I walked into the apartment she invited all the guys in and this girl I didn't know "come on guys drinks!" She yelled "what jade but it's late I'm tired" I said as Michael laughed "come on Casey don't be a party pooper" he laughed passing me a vodka and coke "fine only a few" I said as I looked over at the blonde haired boy "jade!" Jade shouted as I looked at her "drink!" She laughed as I did feeling weird everytime I looked at this guy.
