A.N. This may be inaccurate because I don't know where Clara lives (I'm guessing she lives in London because she teaches in Shoreditch). Also, I have never been to England. I don't much about London or the tube and stuff. What I'm saying is that if I mess something related to that stuff, I'm so sorry and please tell me so that I can correct it. That is all. Enjoy, and don't forget to vote/comment!
"Oh! Oh, oh!" The Doctor cried, spinning wildly in a circle. "That is good!"
"What?" Clara asked, joining River and the Doctor in the large expanse of grass behind her apartment.
"My plan." The Doctor replied.
"You never have a plan." She laughed.
"I do today." He quipped and began walking towards the street. River looked at Clara smugly.
"What?"
"Oh, nothing." She giggled as they followed the Doctor.
"What is it!" Clara demanded of the older women.
"I can see why he likes you." She replied, laughing slightly harder than before.
"Don't see why he likes you," Clara mumbled, crossing her arms.
"Clara, where's the nearest station?" The Doctor asked.
"Shoreditch High Street Rail Station just down there. 5-minute walk." She pointed.
"Yes. Good. So that'll be 4 minutes on the Overground to Shadwell Rail, 6-minute walk to Shadwell DLR, a 3-minute DLR to Bank DLR Station, 7 minutes on the tube to Oxford Circus Underground and then another 16 minutes on the Bakerloo line to Queens Park Underground. So that's 41 minutes from here to Queen's Park but it might be more like 45 because humans, humans." The Doctor clapped his hands together as he finished.
"How'd you figure that out?" Clara marvelled at her friend's quick deduction.
"I'm very good." He said. "So, we're off then."

By the time the TARDIS crew had reached the Bakerloo line the Doctor had become quite restless. He knew that something terrible was bound to happen soon if it already hadn't. Why they were travelling to Queens Park was unknown to his two companions but they could tell he was in quite a rush, after all, he had said that that action was going to start in ten minutes, and that was nearly forty minutes ago.
At the moment the Doctor was messing about towards the front of the tube car while River and Clara looked on.
"What's he doin'?" Clara asked River, trying to understand the Time Lords strange behaviour.
"Who knows?" River sighed, shaking her head. "He's the Doctor."
"Excuse me." A little girl asked as she slowly walked towards the two women.
"Mmm?" Clara said breaking her gaze from the Doctor's antics. "Yes?"
"Excuse me but... have you seen me, mum?" The girl asked nervously, her brown eyes wide with fear and her legs trembling.
"No, I'm sorry," River replied coldly and quickly directed her attention back the Doctor.
"River!" Clara scolded. "Haven't you ever lost your mum before?"
"Can't say I have." River lied, although this was not evident to Clara.
"Well, then. Where did you lose her?" Clara asked the girl, in a sweet, calm voice.
"Just over there." The girl said, pointing to the end of the nearly empty subway car. "She just disappeared right in front of me. Right into the air."
"I'm sure she's here somewhere." Clara soothed, certain that the young girl was simply being dramatic.
"What did you say?" River cried, turning back to the child.
"She disappeared, right in front of my face." She replied, slightly frightened by River.
"Oh my God," She said staring off into space.
"She just scarred River, I'm sure her mum's here somewhere. Come on let's go look." She said, getting up and taking the girls hand. River snapped back from her trance and locked eyes with Clara.
"Doctor!" River yelled.
"What?" He cried, racing back to meet her. "What is it?" What's happened?"
"This girl just said her mums disappeared," Clara said calmly, not sure what River was so distressed about.
"Well, I'm sure she's here somewhere." The Doctor said, looking rather disappointed and turning to go back to the front of the car.
"Doctor." River said, her voice shaking with fear, which Clara thought strange considering River was supposed to be the one with more experience and all. "She said that her mum disappeared. Into thin air."
"Oh." He said, his eyes wide. "So this is where it really starts." He turned slowly back to the group.
"Doctor? What's going on?" Clara asked, suddenly scared.
"Hello, there." The Doctor said to the girl. "What's you name?"
"Jackie."
