a/n : I'm in Disney for 2 weeks :D and today I went to universal and it was amazing! someone had a Dan and Phil shirt and I was trying to contain myself. anyways, I present to you, chapter 1.2
You step off the private jet, and you are extremely excited for your new apartment.
"Anastasia, it's time for you to get in the taxi cab now, I can not drive you any more," Mr. Samuel says.
"Thank you!" you shout, and you squeeze him, "wait, how do I call a cab?" you ask.
"I'll call one for you," Mr. Samuel says, walking closer to the road. He finishes walking, and he waves a hand out. A cab pulls up, and you walk towards, and thank Mr. Samuel again. You open the right door, and you step into the cab.
"Where to?" says the cab driver. You're surprised by his accent.
"4000 Walksbrough Lane, please," you say, realizing you have only £60 on you, (about $81) and that should do it, for now.
"Where are you from, you don't have the typical accent," the driver says.
In your head, you're thinking, can he not understand what an American accent is? But, out loud, you say, "I'm from the USA," you say.
"Interesting, the accent will grow on you," he says, "we're almost there, and the cost is only £5."
"Thank you," you hand up the £5 and you exit the cab, as its your destination. You shut the door and walk to the apartment buildings door, and open it.
You walk to the front desk, and ask, "I'm new here, and I need my keys I guess, I've never really been here. I've never been to an apartment even, and I don't know what to do..." you fade out.
"Here, we call it a flat. Last name?" The lady at the front desk asks.
     "Hall. Anastasia Hall," you say.
"Okay, here you are, you have your first year of rent payed by your parents, and they told me to tell you, you should get a job, so you can pay for the rent," the lady says.
"Thank you, and by the way, what is the rent cost?" you say.
"Your room is on the 4th floor. It's £600 a month," she says, and your jaw drops. £600 a month, for this flat?
"Okay, thank you," you say, and you turn to the stairs. Damn these are steep stairs. You keep walking, and find your way to the 4th floor. You finally make it up, and the entire room is decorated for you. It's not too bad, and you're not bothered by any of it. You realize your bags are already here for you.
"Mr. Samuel is the best jet flyer ever," you whisper to yourself. You set up your beauty lights, and all your makeup in the bathroom. You put your straightener down as well. You put the suitcase on a shelf in the closet.
You unzip the other suit case, and you sigh. You're going to have to iron all of your clothes. You flick your hand. You don't care, and you walk over to the closet with your clothes on hangers already. You hang up the clothes, neatly. If anything is out of order, you'll probably freak out.
Once you unpack, it's late, and you haven't gotten dinner yet. You call some pizza.  (if you don't like it, I love you bc I don't either, just pretend it's sushi or something you can order that you like)
About 10 minutes later, someone knocks on the door. You check the peep hole, and it's not a pizza man. It's Dan Howell. You open the door, controlling your inner fan girl.
"Hello?" You ask. Why does he have pizza? Why is he at your door? All these questions are milling through your head.
"Hi, our pizza orders got switched," he says, then looks at his feet.
"Well, I hope the bill for your pizza isn't much higher than mine," you say.
"I payed for yours, cause they didn't know and I didn't know what to do so enjoy the free pizza I guess," he says, "I didn't catch your name?"
"That's cause I didn't throw it. But, it's Anastasia, and you?" You say, with a chuckle.
"I'm Dan, and sorry if I keep you up, I make YouTube videos, and sometimes at 4 in the morning," he says.
"Okay then, I won't say you didn't warn me," you laugh.
