You wake up the next day at 11 AM. You check your phone, and you've got one text from Dan.
Dan Howell 🤔 - hey. u wanna come over today at like 3 pm?
You - sure.
Dan Howell 🤔 - see u then

You get out of bed, and walk over to your bathroom. Tomorrow you have work, so this would be your last day to hang out with Dan all day. Or, part of the day. You turn on the shower, and then you brush your hair while the shower heats up.

You blow dry your hair, and pick out an outfit. You pick out a white MCR T-shirt, black high rise skinny jeans, and black converse. You put your hair into a straightened pony tail and tie a little black bow into it.

You sit down and play slither.io on your phone, to pass the time. About an hour later, your stomach rumbles and you put your phone down. You grab an uncrustable from your fridge and put it in the microwave. You stretch your arms and yawn.
You take the sand which out of the microwave and put it on a plate. For old times sake, you pour a glass of apple juice. You finish eating, and head to your bathroom to work on your makeup. You decide on more natural looking makeup.
After applying a thin layer of mascara and barely noticeable eyeliner, you see the time. It's 12:45, 2 hours and 15 minutes to go.

It's 2:45 and you leave your apartment room and head to his room. You decide to come early, cause you're so excited to see Dan. You sound like a loser, but it's true.
You knock on his door, and about 30 seconds later he opens the door a crack. When he sees that you're standing there, his face lights up. He motions for you to come in. You nod and follow him.
     "Do you play Mario?" he questions you and looks at you with those beautiful, brown eyes of his. 
     "If you meant Mario cart, of course. If you mean like Mario Party 10 or something, I'm willing to try," you say looking back at him.
     "Mario cart, yea, sorry I was looking at you, and you distracted me- I mean Mario cart," he says with a nervous laugh.
     "Well then, game on, Daniel the spaniel," you giggle.
     "Never say that.. again," he says semi-seriously.
     "Ok, is Danny better?" you tease. He looks at you with a look that could kill the Nazis.
side note that wasn't meant to be offensive.
     "No," he says taking a step closer to you, "but would it be okay if I.." he leans in and kisses you. Your eyes flutter open and then shut. A shock of excitement and passion goes through your body. He pulls away slowly, teasing you.
     "Let me turn on the game then," he says with a smirk. Damn, this boy knows how to play his cards.
     "More like, turn me on," you mutter quietly, making sure no one hears you. He gives you the controller and he sits down comfortably close to you on the couch.
     "I'm ready to kick your ass!" he adds. What joke can I  add to that, you think.
     "Well that would be abuse, Howell," you joke.
     "Shut up Hall, I will make sure you lose, if that's less threatening," he teases.
     "I'm going to be Daisy," you inform him as you select the tan princess with a yellow dress.
"Your loss, not mine," He says shifting his weight closer to you.

"I can't believe you beat me, I'm so good at Mario Cart!" Dan wails.
"I can't believe how bad you suck at that game," you shoot back.
"I'm good so you must be MLG or something. Like you're a girl and you beat me-"
"Just cause I'm a girl," you interrupt," doesn't mean I can't be good at video games."
"Sorry I was just mad you beat me. I thought I was all that. I truly didn't mean to off-" you shut him up with a kiss, which sounds cliche, but it was an amazing kiss.

a/n I'm so sorry I haven't updated since July... I thought I would have more time but school is starting soon for me and that's going to really get in the way. also slight writers block. I promise I'll get another chapter in by the time school starts.
