Akh emerged from behind the colossal pillars as soon as he heard Larry's words.  My heart beat came back to its usual flow. That is what he does to me.  He makes me feel pacified, calm and clears my worries. 

"What is all this about, Larry?" Akh asked, clearly concerned.

"Akhy! Wh- Wh- You'll turn into dust in the day!" Larry spluttered. I felt a grin coming. Larry, you have no idea, do you?

Ahkmenrah began to chuckle delightfully, turning my insides to mush, once again. He explained to Larry about the tablet's magic, whilst Larry's expression turned more and more dramatic. 

Akh then proceeded, "I think it will be safe, will it not? To go outside with my princess?" I blushed, feeling awkward, yet joyful, that he truly did love me.

Larry teased, "Akh....I don't know. If my boss finds out one of the exhibits has gone out on a date with a teenager....."

"I'll be back before you know it, Larry. The museum is closed in the day anyway."

It was my turn to smile, yet again. Akhmenrah, the king of Egypt, taking me, out on a date. You can't get any weirder than that. The pleasure in his word made my heart melt, like always.

Larry coughed, "Well, I guess you need some, you know, more modern clothes, 'cause your a bit too noticeable, don't you think?"

I nodded in agreement, as Akh looked at his flowing robes. "Ah yes, the proper attire is called for."

"You can borrow my son's clothes if you want, Akhy. He is just about the same size as you." Larry called, as he was about to dash into his office, in the corner. I waited patiently, and minutes later, Akh was his own version of trendy, with his skinny jeans and navy shirt. To top up that look, he wore Nicky's leather jacket and converses. He looks cool in anything.

Meanwhile.....

Tay and Yoongi appeared after all that time. I turned, a little shy, once again. Tay asked, reluctantly, "So you and your boyfriend reunited, once again, huh?" 

I tiled my head in Akhs direction, "What do you think?" Then Yoongi and Tay both laughed, and I noticed they're hand were interlocked. Ah the love. It becomes stronger and stronger. 

Yoongi pointed out with his eyes at Akh's shoes, "Nice converses."

Me and Tay giggled. His mates, back in Korea, formally a band, created a song called Converse High. It's ironic, because in the song he raps, "Converse, converse. I really hate converse." But, you know, it's just a song.

We all walk out of the museum together, kinda like a double date and head off to the coffee shop in town. Where me and Akh had our first date.
