HEY HEY HEY! Sorry I know it's been awhile since my last update but I've been so busy with school and two jobs! This chapter wasn't what I thought it was going to be, so I'm sorry about that. I was going to skip this and go straight into juicyness but I decided to add this so we can have more chapters to come. Also my book reached #263 in romance! I know it may not be top 50 or whatever but it's a wonderful feeling to me and I have you, the awesome readers, to thank! So really thank you all!! Love ya!
Mindy sat in the chair in the kitchen staring out the window at Jonah digging forcibly at the harden dirt. The weather wasn't the same as it used to be when she was out there in the middle of the summer. Winter was already here and the only thing missing now was the snow.
She had thought long and hard about everything that has happen. After debating over and over again between the voices in her head telling her different paths to take, at the end it was her heart that won over.
She knew that no matter what, she loves Jonah and couldn't live a sane life without him. As crazy as everything may sound, or she may be, she decided that she wasn't going to run away anymore but fix their relationship. But, that is going to be after she has a little fun with him. She wasn't going to run away but that doesn't mean that she was going to forgive him so easily.
A slight smile found its way to the corner of her lips. "You dare trick me Jonah, now I'm gonna make sure you feel the struggles I went through."
She knew it was worthless having him dig holes and plant seeds in the middle of the winter but she just wanted him to suffer a little.
"Hmmmm. What should I make him do next?" she ponders the thought.
It wasn't until close to dinner already that she finally had him come in. She unchains his ankle as they stand in the kitchen.
"Here put everything away." She ordered trying to sound tough but her voice came out softer than she wanted it too. She hands him the chain and walks to the living room sitting down on the couch.
Jonah was beat. More like freezing cold but he didn't complain. He knew he deserve everything that she was doing and is going to willingly do whatever she demands as long as it doesn't include a divorce.
He was most definitely shocked at her behavior this morning and never thought that she had it in her to make him do this. He knows that she is doing all this to get back at him but he can careless as long as it will make her forgive him.
After putting everything away he returned to the kitchen in search for food and water.
"Hey! I didn't say you can touch anything." Mindy said standing up from the couch walking into the kitchen.
"I uhh..." Jonah started.
"Fine I guess you can cook me dinner.?" She suggested making it sound like that was his first intention.
"Okay..." he said stretching the word but immediately did what he was told.

After Jonah set the dinner table, he called out to Mindy.
"Hey babe food's ready!"
Mindy who was sitting in the living room reading a book, gasp at his name for her.
"Don't call me babe. You're not allow to."
He laughed at her, but his laugh quickly dies down when he sees the look she was giving him.
"Hurry and eat your dinner. I don't want you dying on me just yet." She said crossing her arms using his own words against him.
"Yes ma'am." He quickly sat down.
