Francis Payne
Loud cheers and cries from girls and other fans echoed in my ears. I waved goodbye and sent them a flying kiss to thank them for coming to my concert.I got into my dressing room and changed into my natural clothes as I wiped off a few touches of man makeup on me and headed toward the back door to my bus. Finally my first tour has ended and I could enjoy my break in my hometown, New York City before I go on another tour.
Oliver Valdez, my best friend, held the door to my bus wide open letting me fit my small suitcase which contained a few outfits that I could change in during concerts. The steel steps creaked and I scurried right away to my portion of the bus."Hey pop sensation." Oliver entered my room with a loud voice.
"Hey Oliver," I responded with a yawn.
"I can't wait to go back to New York! Maybe you can find yourself a girlfriend by then!"
I shook my head.
I'm not really interested in dating anyone right now. Everyone's so focused on what would happen within days, weeks, months and years of dating a girl. And it sort of bugs me. Lately I've been paired up with my friend Olivia Jenks but no way would I date her. She's pretty and she's perfect but still, I don't feel anything when it comes to her.
"C'mon man. You've been single since birth and that's really not a good reputation for hot teen pop star Francis Payne."
I laughed at that. "Fine I'll try to look for a girl when we go back to New York. Can we just talk tomorrow? I'm really tired and I want to sleep."
"Sure. Goodnight Mr. Payne." Oliver bowed and left the room.
Closing my eyes I wonder off to sleep
