Her clothes are the same ones that she was wearing when she left at four. She learned to sew, and took apart her clothes and refitted them to fit herself. I plan to change her clothes later.

When I wake up, Gaara’s head is on my lap, and my forehead is pressed onto his.
I sit up, groaning.
I nudge Gaara.
“Wake up, Gaara-sama.”
He sits up and groans.
I see Temari and Kankuro gaping at us on the stairs.
“Ask at noon.”
“Not a morning person?”
“All the caffeine in the world couldn’t make me a morning person.”
Kankuro laughs.
“Heck, even a cookie couldn’t make me a morning person.”
They look at each other and shrug.
“We’re doing that every night.”
“Noon.”
I go to where we’re supposed to meet Kakashi.
“Hi Chishi!”
“Nine.”
“Oh, right, sorry.”
Sakura and Naruto start rioting.
“It’s five in the morning, shut up!”
Kakashi appears on the arch.
“Why am I up at five in the morning? Even Yuki doesn’t get up that early.”
He got lost on the path of life… Meh.
He signed us up for the Chunin Exams.
“You got me up, at five in the morning, to tell me that? Why I oughta…”
He gives us the papers.
I scribble down the information.
“Take the damn paper. Are we done, can I go sleep again?”
“We’re done.”
I go back to the Sand Ninja’s house.
I walk in the door, and lay on the couch.
Never mind that somebody’s sitting there.
“I’m sitting, go somewhere else.”
“I’m sleeping, go somewhere else.”
“Go sleep in your own bed.”
“My bed is a damn tree.”
“You curse when you wake up in the morning.”
“Yes, which isn’t right now for me, it’s eight.”
About eight, I get up and go outside.
Some weird dude starts attacking me.
I make his blood stop him from moving.
“Iruka, it’s eight in the morning, get away or I’ll kill you.”
“I’ll go.”
I let him go, and he disappears.
I yawn and go back to the house.
