Ch.17

Ava is now 3 1/2 months along. Yes I skipped about half a month. The picture is what Ava's belly looks like

So the last month has been very stress full. My mom is okay, she has to have cast on her leg and arm for 7 weeks. Her ribs healed nice tho. I was so scared of losing her.
I've been living with Luke. and my moms boss, Jim, is taking care of her. She said there's is nothing between then but I can tell they like each other. My mom hasn't dated anyone since my dad, so I'm happy for her.
As for the baby, the doctor said I need a lot of rest. The stress was effecting the pregnancy so I'm stuck in bed for a week.

"Do you need anything?" Luke asked
"No, I'm fine." I laughed "you need to stop worrying so much."
He put his head down. "I can't help it, you and that baby are my whole world now." He smiled.
"Come here." I patted the spot next to me on the bed.
He crawled over and sat next to me. I put my head on his chest and snuggled him.
"So, do you think it's a boy or girl?" He asked.
"I'm not sure, but I hope its a girl." I laughed.
"I don't, I want a boy." He grunted.
Then there was a knock at the door.
"I'll get it" he got up and went down stairs. A minuet later Emily walked in.

I smiled. "Hey what are you doing here?" I asked her.
"I missed you, so I wanted to come see you."
I haven't seen Emily since she came to visit my mom is the hospital. I mean I see her at school, but we barley see each other.
"Well I'm glad you came." I leaned over to hug her. Then Luke walked in.
"Hey babe I'm going to go out and let you and em catch up. Love you" he blew a kiss.
"Bye" I yelled.
"So when can you go back to school?" She asked.
"Tomorrow." I said. "Are Stacey and Eli still together ?" I asked.
"Yes, it's so gross." She gagged.
We both laughed. Then her eyes wondered to my belly. "Wow, I never thought I would see That on you."
"Ya, same, it's crazy, but I wouldn't have it any other way." I smiled.

"I have a wired question," said Emily.
"Why is Luke Australian?" She laughed.
"After his mom died him and his dad moved from Australia to America for his dad's work." I explained.
She nodded. "Makes sense."

"Movie?" I asked
"Movie" she smiled.

"Get your ass up you have school."

I opened my eyes to see Luke standing above me. I smiled. "Well good morning to you too." I pecked his lips and got up.
He giggled and headed back down stairs. I hoped in a shower and blow dyed my hair. I put on Make up, jeans and one of Luke's shirts to try and hide the baby bump. Even tho the whole school knows I'm pregnant I still like to hide it.
When I got down stairs like had made me my coffe.
"Thank you." I took the coffe from him and kissed him. "Let's go." Luke followed me out the door and we hopped in his car.
"First day back in a week." He said.
"Yeah." I laughed. "So where did you go last night," I asked.
"To see my old friend from Australia, he's visiting his dad." He said. "He problaly will be at the house when you get home."
"Cool, what's his name?" I asked.
"Calum." He said.

When I walked in the school it felt like all eyes were on me. Then I spotted Stacey. She glared at me then walked my way.
"Ava your back" she said cheerily.
"Yup." I said.
"Just so you know, me and Eli are very happy together." She smirked.
"Oh wow I so don't give a fuck." I said mocking her cheery voice.
She rolled her eyes. " oh and it's dad his very sexy." She smirked pointing at my stomach.
"Oh trust me I know." I smiled.
"Be carful someone might snatch him up." She winked and walked off.
"Bitch." I said under my breath.

The rest of the day was same old same old. Luke picked me up after school.

"This is Calum. Calum this is Ava." Luke introduced us.
We were all sitting on Luke's couch.
"So Guess who's coming here tomorrow." Calum said.
"Who?" Luke asked.
"Michael and Ashton." Calum said.
"No way." Luke said excitedly.
Calum nodded.
"So you all have been friends since you were 10." I said.

" eight." Calum said. "And when Luke moved away we still kept in touch. And whenever I came to visit my dad I would hang with Luke. Michael and Ashton will come sometimes." Calum explained."
"So you just live with you mom?" I asked. "No, I have a step dad and a half sister." He eplained. "I mean I wish my parents were still together, but I like my step dad. He moved from America about 17 years ago, he met my mom 12 Years ago and had my sister 10 years ago." He explained.
"I just live with my mom, my dad left when he found out she was pregnant. " I said.
"Oh I'm sorry," he said. I shrugged.
