Ch.24

Ava sill 6 1/2 months along

Luke's POV
"Dad?" I said in complete shock. What the hell is my dad doing here. I haven't seen him in 3 years. The only time I talk to him is to get money. But I have a job now so I don't need his money. "What are you doing here?" I asked as he walked in the door without being invited.
"I heard your going to be a father." He said kind of grumpy.
"How did you find out?" I asked.
"Well. I I got a call from the collage I paid so much money for you to attend, and they said you dropped out so you could raise your child. I was going to call but ui thought I should see you in person." He said.
"What's going on babe?" Ava walked in from the living room.
"So this is her. The pregnant one." He glared, the asshole glared at Ava.
"Ava, this is my dad. Dad this is my girlfriend." I introduced. He huffed "can I speak to you in person?" He asked. I nodded and motioned for Ava to go upstairs. She did.

"So..." I walked in the living room and sat down with my dad following. "I'm honestly surprised this did happen sooner" he broke the silence. Ever since my mom died, my dad has been an asshole.
" what the hell is that supposed to mean" I was already beginning to lose my patience.
"Ever since your mother passed, you've been a little shit. Drinking, doing drugs, having sex. Your schools called me like 10 times every year.  It's like your out to get me, like you want to ruin my life or make a fool out of me." Now I was pissed. "Every thing has to be about you doesn't it!" I yelled  "all you ever think about is your self. You wanted to move to America, not me. You didn't even ask me how I felt about moving half way around the world." I continued. "Although, I am happy we did. Cause I met the love of my life here!" I shouted. He laughed. "What. You mean the pregnant one, how do you even know the baby is yours. She's probably slept with more men than a Chinese prostitute." He chuckled.

It took everything in me to not slap the shit out of him. "How the fuck dare you. She is the complete opposite. She is kind, and smart, and she was a virgin before she met me!" I yelled. he laughed again. "That makes more sense. You ruined a poor girls life all because you can't keep your horny hands to your self."
I stood up. "Get the fuck out of my damn house." I pointed at the door.
He stood up and got in my face. "Last I checked I paid for this house so technically it's mine. So how about you leave "
"You can't do that!" I yelled.
"Wanna fucking bet you ungrateful little shit. I'm your father I can do what ever the hell I want! And if I want you out, then so be it!" He yelled back.
"You can't be serious. We need this." I said a little calmer.
"I am serious, you have a job now figure it out. You want to run around getting poor girls pregnant. You can clean up the mess, and fix it." He started walking to the front door then stopped and turned around. "I've been paying your way through life. I paid for you to go to a great collage and you screwed it up. And you didn't even bother telling me that I'm going to be a grandfather. So this house is mine again. You have three days to leave." With that he left.

Ava came back down stairs. "I heard it all " she came up and gave me a hug. "I'm so sorry Luke."
"Don't be sorry, it's not your fault, it's my dad's. He an ass." I kissed her forehead. "Let's get some sleep, we have to start packing tomorrow." I told her.
"That's so fucking ridiculous." She said walking up the stairs. "We can live with my mom until we find a new place. It's a small house, but it will work."
"Sounds good to me. Now let's sleep." We changed then crawled into bed. It was getting hard to cuddle her cause of the baby, but we make it work.

"Goodnight. I love you" I kissed her forehead.
"Love you you too Luke."

Ava's POV
The next day was spent packing. We had to rent a storage unit for all of our furniture while we found some where to Live. I already talked to my mom about staying with her and she's more than happy to have us.

"Don't lift that box it's too heavy." Luke yelled.
I laughed. "Calm down, I'm fine." I grabbed his face. "Your too paranoid."
He grabbed my face back. "I just don't want you hurting your self." He kissed me.
"Thanks for your concern but I'm fine babe." I laughed picking up the box. It was literally just full of clothes.

After we finished loading the truck we hopped in Luke's car and headed to my moms, while the truck went to the storage unit. We pack all of what we need in Luke's car. Luke phone started ringing so I answered it for him.
"Luke's phone." I answered.
"Hi Ava. It's calum." Calum said. "Hi calum, Luke's driving he can't talk." I told him.
" well I was just going to invite you and Luke to my apartment tonight." Calum recently moved to America. So did Ashton and Michael. "Yeah. Sounds good. I'll invite em for Ashton." I said.
"Okey. Byyyeeeee." He hung up.
"What did he want." Luke Asked.
"He invited us to his apartment tonight. Em, Ashton, and Michael will be there too." I told him.
"Cool cool." He turned on some music.
