The sound of the final bell rang through the air in a shrill tone as if to tell all of the school's students to get out for the summer. Everyone obliged to the unspoken order and stood up from their plastic chairs, buzzing with excitement to retrieve any last minute things they would need for Summer fest the following day. Well... Everyone except for me that is. I, personally, was not looking forward to the pre-planned make-up and shoe shopping adventure with Renee and I for damn sure wasn't looking forward to the stupid dinner party Keelie had begged our parents to hold at our place tonight.

The plague like female had been looking forward to this day for months and her younger sister, Samantha, had actually taken the liberty of inviting all of her friends from school for the occasion. Keelie had asked Renee to take us all to the mall right after classes, because she wanted to make sure that her and Samantha looked as perfect as always, and that I looked... Decently interesting as she put it. I rolled my eyes at last nights memory and outwardly scoffed in disgust when Renee's annoying voice played in my head.

"It's not funny, Natalie!"

"Hmm? What was that?"

"I was just saying that after Summer Fest tomorrow I'll never see you guys again!"

I looked down at Nagisa's unusually sad expression and smiled softly at the blonde to try and fix the misunderstanding.

"Gomenasai Nagisa-Kun I wasn't laughing at you I promise. It's just that my step sister is holding a dinner thing as her graduation party tonight and I was just thinking about that argument."

"Oh really?! Can I come, Natalie-Chan?!"

"Normally I would say yes in a heartbeat, but it's only Keelie's friends and Nikki since she's the only one that can keep me behaved as they like to say."

"Aww..."

I looked over at Nagisa's disappointed gaze and frowned deeply at the heartbreaking sight. -Poor Nagisa.- I thought as I wrapped a tender arm around his shoulders. I looked at him for another moment and finally grinned down at him having one of the best ideas yet.

"I'll throw a graduation party of my own and you are one-hundred percent invited Nagisa!"

He looked up with big eyes and grinned widely at me before he started bouncing around me like a happy bunny or something. I giggled as I felt the smile on my face soften while the small male babbled happily.

I found myself walking through the guys section of some clothing shop while Renee, Keelie, and Sam were a little ways away looking at some ugly colored dresses for me. Honestly I had spent a majority of my time browsing T-shirts so at this point they all had their outfits picked out and I didn't even bother.

"Natalie come over here."

I rolled my eyes out of irritation, putting the shirt back into its' proper spot, and walked towards Renee as slowly as I could. She turned around and held up a black sundress with red and pink flowers printed on it accessorized with a silk ribbon around the waist.

"This one is actually very pretty."

"I guess so."

"Unless you like this purple one with the frills."

"Actually... I was thinking that maybe I could wear this outfit instead. Its got this super cool military design and-"

"Dear those are boys clothes. Come on I think this black one is absolutely perfect for you. Let's go up front and pay."

I sighed in defeat returning the outfit I had found and followed them towards the check-out counter. I shuddered and rubbed at my arms as this odd feeling of dread washed over me in waves.

I had showered and pulled on a pair of boxers chuckling at the familiar feel of this particular mirror scene. I was getting so tired of staring at the same ugly girl in the mirror and before I knew it I was doing the same thing I did every time I stared at her for too long. I had wrapped my chest with the gauze laying under my sink and decided to draw a simple dick on the lower half of the mirror. I giggled softly and modeled in front of the reflective glass with a small smile plastered to my lips. I loved what I saw and for a moment I could almost imagine the feeling of how my body should be, but like last time the door opened... Only this time... It was Renee.

"What on Earth are you doing?"

I looked down, covering my chest with my towel, and hiding the mirror with my body.

"Tell me what you're doing!"

I couldn't find the right words before she moved me out of the way herself and saw the image I had drawn with red lipstick.

"Should I be worried?"

"No Renee, I'm fine."

"Fine? It worries me to see stuff like this! This scares me, Natalie!"

I growled loudly hearing that stupid, girly name and something in me completely snapped. I shoved my way past her and pulled on a shirt that I left hanging on my bed. I hadn't bothered to remove the wrap as I pulled on pants, and before I knew it I was jumping out of my window and running in the only direction I could think of going in. I'll be honest... There was nothing to describe the feelings raging inside of me... All I could do is say I was fine, but after so many times even I don't believe it. I was so tired of running, but no lie could save me... There is nothing left but my frustration and self loathing.
