"The baby's coming!" Chrissy said in obvious pain.

"I know honey, let's get your things." Jack said in the calmest way possible.

Jack drove his truck in full speed to the hospital, he'd been waiting for this, he was excited to have his own baby girl. They arrived at the hospital and he helped Chrissy into the doors, the woman saw what was happening and got them a private room right away.

Time passed and it was time for the baby to be born. Chrissy was having trouble and was bleeding way to much, they had to do an emergency C-section. Jack didn't think Chrissy was gonna make it, but how could he raise a child on his own, let alone a girl.

Before he knew it, he heard a baby's cry, tears of joy filled his eyes. His brand new blonde haired, blue eyed baby was here. They rushed Chrissy into a different room, he wasn't sure why but he knew it couldn't be good. They cleaned up his baby girl and he held her. He thought about what it would be like to raise a child on his own. He could do it, couldn't he?

Minutes pasted, then hours, and still no Chrissy. Just when he was about to give up and go ask, the door opened.

"I'm sorry, Chrissy didn't make it." He heard the doctor say but he couldn't believe. She's gone. He was gonna do this on his own. His own baby didn't get to meet her mother. The baby started crying as if she just understood what was said. This couldn't be happening.

Jack decided to name his baby Ashleigh, he wanted to name her Tatum, but Chrissy's wanted Ashleigh, and this was her kid to, even if she wasn't here. Jack knew that Ashleigh needed a mother figure in her life, but he just couldn't love anyone after Chrissy. Ashleigh's now six years old and has started kindergarten, she made friends and her best friend was a girl named Savannah. Ashleigh was fairly good at school, but this was only kindergarten. Time flew by and she was starting junior high, Ashleigh was beautiful by this time and had long blonde hair that beached her back and icy blue eyes, just like his. Jack tried to encourage Ashleigh to try out to be a cheerleader, but Ashleigh didn't want to, she thought that cheerleading was to girly, and she didn't want to be like that. Basketball season rolled around and she played, she was good, but not the greatest and she was okay with that. Jack wanted his daughter to do something that she liked and was good at, he just didn't know what. They tried gymnastics, tennis, even hockey, but nothing. By this time she was in her first year of high school, he had one thing left, one thing he was good at, rodeo. He took her to the pin and borrowed a horse from a friend, he taught her how to ride, and within a few days she was pretty good, but she wanted more, she wanted to ride bulls.

"Ashleigh, do you know how dangerous that is, I broke my back once doing that." Jack told his daughter, but she didn't care, so that's what she did. She rode Bulls. She broke all her fingers her first year, then her leg, then one arm, but she kept going, she was tough. She was the only girl in her tiny town that did this, but she was also the best, she knew it, but stayed kind and humble.

Everyday after school she went strait to the rodeo grounds, she would ride her horse. His name was Frodo, that was her first dogs name, but her dog passed away. She also had a few Bulls. They didn't have names though, she pretended they where her enemies, it made he tougher.

Jack didn't really know what he was doing with this child to be honest, he didn't know if he should be letting her ride bulls like this, but he figured if this is what she likes, then he'll let her. Other parents didn't think it was okay for jack to let his daughter do this, especially because she only had a few bones in her body that hadn't been broken already, but he didn't care, it was up to her.

Ashleigh got her first boyfriend when she was fifteen, his name was Morgan, he rode Bulls to, but he wasn't near as good as Ashleigh was, but he was okay with that. They dated for a year until he moved. Then she met Corbin, he didn't ride bulls, but he was running back for the high school football team, he was seventeen, she was sixteen. They dated for two years, even while he was in college, but then broke up when he cheated on her. Ashleigh had never had a boyfriend that she loved, she wanted that, and she knew she would have it one day.

Years passed and she graduated. She went to college for dentistry, but only because her dad made her go. When she graduated college, she went right back to doing what she was doing before, riding bulls. She was still just as good. She had a few more boyfriends, but they were always all the same, and it broke her daddy's heart to see the way she was treated by some of them. He approached some, kicked a few asses, but he also knew that one day she would find the right boy.

Jack was very proud of the woman Ashleigh had become. She was a beautiful, kind hearted girl. She used lots of the money she won in rodeo competitions for animal shelters and children's hospitals, her home town basically worshiped her. Ashleigh loved this town and she loved her best friend Savannah, they had known each other since kindergarten and had always been best friends.

Savannah was interested in the music business, she wanted to be a manager, she planned on moving one day, and Ashleigh planned on going with her. Ashleigh knew that day was coming and she wasn't ready, but that was okay.

Okay so this chapter was just an explanation of everything in Ashleigh's life so far.
