I got special treatment at the hospital:learning sign language and how to speak without harming my ears.
Learning sign language was pretty easy, it was like dance. Though I needed to find what I wanted to say and make moves with my hands. It was fun talking to other deaf people in the hospital.
Back at Bighit, I got to practice more then ever. Sadly, Jin was right. I had gone tone deaf.
I could bearly hear myself as I sang. I couldn't find the tones anymore. Just singing my own parts was difficult."I'm so sorry. But I think it's way too risky to sing your high notes live on stage. You have to lip sync." My voice coach told me. I sank in disappointment. High notes are the funniest part to sing.
"But I can still sing my parts right?"
"Just a little practice before stage and you'll be fine." She smiled.
"Jimin-ah!" I heard Hoseok outside.
"I'm coming. Thanks for today Noona. I'll see you later."
"I got bad and good news. Which one do you wanna hear first?"
"The good one."
"They changed the floor up on stage so when we dance our shoes won't make so much sounds."
"Will it be slippy?"
"Maybe. Not sure. We'll see next week."
"So the bad news..." I took a deep breath. What could it be?
"You can't jump like we do in Run and Save Me."
"Why not? I'll be fine."
"No Jimin. I'm not Taehyung or Jungkook who just think it'll be fine. Even Namjoon was with me. We're just worried about you."
"What are we gonna do? Not perform them?"
"Are you crazy or stupid? I think we have to change the choreography."
"We got a week..."
"As artists, we have to work under time press. Though we're under a break."
"Jiminie!" Jungkook hugged me as I got in the dance practice room.
"Take it easy. Don't scream, please."
"Sorry, I'm just so worried about you. How are you feeling?"
"Fine. We should start practicing, shall we?" I smiled.
"You're sure you are fine Jimin? You can take a break if you want." Namjoon said with a worrying tone.
"God, you're worrying too much about me. Let's just get to practice ok? I'll be fine."
"Tsk tsk..." Hoseok shook his head.
We practiced like the usual. But during Run the beep came back again, with headache.
"I knew this would happen." Jin paused the music. I had to sat down and breath. I was getting dizzy.
Why won't this dark feeling leave me?
