On the one day loved by many, the city birds chirped happily. One specific worker dreaded the day as he took heavy steps into the building his boss forced him into on a day he wasn't suppose to be there. Regardless he did not whine anymore and took his sorry self to his floor. The usual elder lady at the desk was not there to greet him, only what appeared to be a teen intern. To make things much worse that morning he came across an inconvenience.
"Taehyung." Jimin sighed at the sight in front of him. Two males, one worker and another an intern, slept on the floor in the middle of the lobby like room. With his foot his nudge the sleeping boy in hopes to awaken him.
"Oh hey..."Taehyung said groggily through squinted eyes. "Is it morning already?"
Jimin looked to the glass that acted as walls in the certain parts of the office and pointed to them. He couldn't believe the two had not bothered to go home, the thought made him anxious. Taehyun treated the situation cuasually, so much he set his head on the shoulder of the teenager boy besides him and closed his eyes.
"We have work!" Jimin screamed outraged. "Tae!"
"Shhhh! You're going to wake up the baby!" Taehyung pointed towards Jungkook who was frowning in his sleep.
"Mr.Min is going to be any second and if he finds us here doing nothing-"
"It's too late for that."
Jimin tensed at the voice behind him. Without turning around he could already see the man's furrowed eyebrows and distasteful look on his face. Thankfully he didn't for he walked right past him.
"I want you in my office in five minutes."
Without much of another option Jimin agreed and made his way to his desk. There he slouched on his chair observing the two that continued on napping on the floor. He wanted nothing more than to go lay besides them to be engulfed by the warmth of the blanket they shared. However someone else beat him to it. Hoseok dropped himself besides Taehyung and shook his violently. Mr.Kim who walked in right after did not bother to look down at the trio let alone say something. He wished Jimin a good morning then disappeared into his room. A few minutes went by meaning the twenty four year old was about to start his work loaded day.
"Over here."
Jimin had been looking for his boss in his usual chair in the front of the room but he was not there to be found, instead he was back on the couch. He cautiously sat himself down, on the opposite side that was. Yoongi quirked him an eyebrow.
"Why did you need me?" Jimin asked nervously. The man's stare was really putting him off.
"Fine...These reports need to be done before twelve and then you can leave. We also need to discuss some of the other company's propositions and that should be all for today." Yoongi said, eyes now glued to the television as he took a sip of his water.
"About what happened the other night, I just want to make it clear that I didn't mean to-"
"Nothing happened the other night."
Jimin frowned and looked up at him confused. Had his boss forgotten what he found unforgettable?
"You don't remember?" Jimin quirked an eyebrow. "Drinking contest, the odd morning, Jungkook walking in on us?"
Yoongi put his finger on his chin and hummed as if he were trying really hard to pull the memory from the depths of her mind. He nodded then picked up his drink again but before taking a sip, he spoke.
"Now tell me, why would I remember something that would only bring problems?"
Jimin couldn't believe what he was hearing. The man was really trying to make it as if their whole affair had not even happened. He simply put his head down and let him engulf the liquid peacefully.
