Chapter 19

Alicia Clark.

I can't comprehend anything. My eyes are closed. And her lips are on mine. I pull back.

"Um I .... I uh."

I can't stop looking at her lips.

"I'm um straight."

She gives me a questioning look.

"Are you sure about that ?"

I slowly nod. Of course I'm sure. Right?

"Alright we gotta head back."

I turn away and head back to the truck.

The drive home is quite. She tried to talk but I wouldn't.

Once we get back.

We all gather up and eat.

Afterward Elyza goes and works on the fence.

Stabbing the infected through the fence.

That night Elyza figures out the sleeping situation.

And we all have separate rooms.

I have trouble falling asleep.

The next morning Elyza and Strand announce that they are gonna try and clear out another cell block.

I work the fence.

Me and Chris work side by side on the left.

Ofelia and Nick are working the other side.

"How have you been doing?"

Chris has been having some issues.

"Fine."

"Are you sure?"

He looks at me like I just punched him and I know I've made him mad.

"YES ALICIA IM FINE! if you want someone to talk to go talk to your real brother!"

I laid down the weapon and Walked off.

I go back inside its already mid day.

I clean the blood off.

And change into different clothes.

Strand and Elyza are probably relaxing after their run.

My mom and Travis are boiling the water to clean it.

Jane is asleep in her room. Not shocking we added mattresses to make the beds softer.

Chris pis*** me off.

I walk into Elyza's room.

She sitting on her bed drawing something once I walk in she stands up and closes the sketchbook and lays it down on the window seal.

"You okay princess?" 

I close the door behind me.

I walk up to her and push her up against the wall and kiss her.

She pushes me back slightly.

"I knew you weren't straight."

She laughs then pull my lips back to hers.

Then she pushes me onto the bed.
