I pulled into the parking lot of the old hotel, and parked my motorcycle. I got off, took my helmet off, and walked into the old hotel seeing as everyone was huddled by the door like they were scared. They were looking at something, but I couldn't see what it was. I walked past all of them to see someone lying on the ground, and someone standing a little ways from them with a gun in his hand. The man was charming, and looked to have no emotion shown on his face. Just a serious look. He looked up at me, and stood there like he had seen his favorite food. I looked down at the ground to see Lilly (my eldest sister) laying on the ground.
"Lilly." I say feeling fear rise in me. I moved to the ground, and looked at the bullet that was lodged in her throat. She was trying to breathe, and I couldn't watched as she tried so hard to stay alive. "Everybody look away."
"Oh my Lilly." I heard Mother yell, and I looked up to see them all still staring.
"I said look AWAY." They all sheepishly turned around, and I looked at Lilly's killer. "Are you gonna finish your job or are you just gonna stand there like a coward?" I ask getting a suspicious look from him.
"You know for a girl you seem to not know how to show emotion." He said in a voice that melted my heart, and I looked down.
"Finish your job or I'll end your life." I say looking back up at him, and he evilly smiled. He shot his gun, and I felt as Lilly's body went limp. "Thank you."
"You monster!" My mother yelled, and I stood up, and looked at her. She backed away, and I looked at the male that was in front of me.
"Everybody who isn't Lilly or this guy outside. Now!" I demand turning to look at them, and they all scurried out of the house. I turned back to look at him to see him about a foot closer to me. "Why did you kill her?"
"Ian asked me to. He said she was crazy. She was addicted to killing."
"Awe that's cute Ian got me and Lilly mixed up."
"You're addicted to killing?" He asked pointing his gun at me instead of his finger.
"Yes, and if you keep pointing that gone at me you'll just be another name to add to my list."
"You look so innocent." He said putting his gun in his holster.
"You look tired."
"I've been trying to track down this chick for about a week now."
"And you just learned that she was the wrong girl."
"I have to admit the only reason it took me so long was because I didn't want to kill someone who was like me."
"Addicted to killing?"
"Ian said she was cursed."
"You're cursed?"
"Yes. We both happen to have the same curse."
"Well then it's a good thing you killed the wrong girl."
"You're not sad?"
"I've killed a few family members already, and Lilly was waiting to die. I was gonna take her out next Thanksgiving, but you had decided this Thanksgiving would work instead."
"I need another name to add to my list."
"How many?"
"Too many to count. You?"
"Same here. You wanna go get a drink?"
"You are the most messed up woman I've ever met. I'd love to go get a drink."
"Tomorrow night. Meet me here. Today though I have a grieving family to deal with."
"Sounds crappy."
