"Bella," I whirled around to find Simon, Liam, Zayn, and Niall sitting on a couch. When had that gotten there? "Zayn has some answers for you," Simon said.

Zayn gave Simon a look that clearly read "Why me?"

Simon answered saying, "You're the one that ran the tests, therefore you should be the one to tell her."

I saw Simon smirking at Zayn. I changed my attention from Simon to Zayn fast so I could ignore some snarky remark from Simon.

"So, are you going to finally answer my questions?" I looked at Zayn, but the question was put out to everyone.

No one answered me. They just gave each other six way glance, which I have no idea how that's possible. They look at Zayn, then at me.

Zayn sighed and said, "I haven't quite figured everything out yet, but one thing's for sure. She's an energy source."

I stared at him in shock, and confusion. I was about to ask what he meant when Simon started talking.

"Go on," Simon gestured. "Tell her about her mother."

"No," I said, my eyes tearing up at the thought of her.

Harry rubbed my back trying to get me to calm down. "So would that be why I was able to escape and get here quicker?" He asked Zayn.

"I believe so," Zayn answered. "And Bella, I'm sorry honey but I have to tell you about your mum."

I winced, trying to get her out of my head. She died when I was nine years old. Nine years later, and I still have the hardest time talking about her.

Apparently my silence was Zayn's cue to continue talking. He said, "You're mother was the Council of Headquarters here at the Secret Dark Tunnel. She was the most powerful of us all. To finally tell you what we are, and what you are, here is your answer. We have magical powers to fight off the enemies. We are not classified as such werewolves, or vampires, or warlocks, or whatever else there is out there. We are our own kind, and don't have a name, or specific category. When we go into battle, we work together to defend ourselves, and each other, to kill the enemy. You, my dear, happen to get your genes from your mother. By that, I mean, you can't tell anyone what you are. That is secretive and stays between you, and anyone else of our kind. Or, whoever senses that you aren't human. Some people have special abilities. Simon, for example is a mind reader." Simon nods, but doesn't smile. "You, my dear, happen to be an energy source. Or a healer, I guess you could say. You're results came in unspecific. So I suppose that you, like your mother, will get several different abilities. Perhaps the same ones. But all that is a mystery until you develop and find out more about yourself. I'm done rambling now. But I will answer any questions you have now."

Louis walked over to take a sit, and Harry led me to the couch, also. I sat down, and Harry had his arm around me.

I leaned into him and sighed. "I really hope I'm dreaming," I said.

They all broke into laughter at my comment. Even Simon. I wasn't trying to be funny, so I don't understand why they're laughing.

"Are you saying that I'm like one of those teenagers in the movies, that when they reach a certain age, they get super powers and have to 'save the world'?"

They laughed again.

Liam answered me and said, "Something like that."

I sighed. "This is so overwhelming."

"That's why no one would give you answers right away," Harry said.

I said that out loud? Oops.

"Wait, so Harry? If this is the case, then why did you ask if I've ever dreamt something and then have it happen?" I asked. Harry looked at me, startled almost, Then him and Simon looked at each other for a long moment. Then it came to me. "Harry, what are you thinking that Simon can get inside your head to find out?"

He didn't lose eye contact with Simon.

Instead, Simon just nodded, as if that was his indication that he was done hearing whatever Harry had to say.

"Zayn said that if I have any questions, I can ask. So I'm asking, and I'm waiting for an answer."

"I'm sorry, I can't answer that question," Harry finally said, turning to look at me again.

"And why not?" Liam asked. We turned to look at him, realizing he'd gotten up and was standing against the door. "I mean, it's only fair to the girl everything we know."

"I have a name, you know," I said.

He shot a look at me, then continued, "It's been three days. You expect her to learn more about herself, but how can she do that without getting a some information to help her? It's only fair to tell her what she's here for."

"That's enough, Liam," Simon said.

"I've been here for three days?" I yelled. "I have to get home! I demand you to take me home right now!"

"Simon?" Zayn asked.

Simon sighed, and rolled his eyes. "Tomorrow morning, bright and early."

"How would you know when it's bright? It's dark in almost every one of the rooms here," I remarked.

"You wouldn't know," Simons said. "you've only been in a few of the rooms."

"Ok, then take me somewhere that I would know."

Again with the six way glance, and then Simon said, "Okay. Have it your way. Boys? You know what to do."

Harry sighed, then pulled something out of his pocket.
