"Why the alley?" I asked.
"It'll look suspicious delivering packages to people in the middle of the night." Sean says.
"So it's not any more suspicious delivering packages in an alley?" I asked.
"Yeah but what are the odds of people seeing you in the alley." He said.
"You right that's smart," I lied hopefully he'd increase my pay for agreeing.
"I know." He grinned.
I gave a slight smile. This guy is so fucking corny. I can't take him seriously at all.
"So what are you doing after this?" He asked me.
"Delivering the next four packages on this list," I say
"You're goofy." He smiled, "But what are you doing after you're done delivering."
There he goes with all these damn questions again.
"Sleep I have things to do in the morning." I yawned purposely.
"Like what Maurice?" He asked jokingly.
This nigga was supposed to be helping me.
"That's personal Sean," I said.
"I see." He said sadly.
"You got any siblings?" He asked me.
"Two brothers." I say.
"Do they look like you?" He asked.
"What you mean by that?" I responded defensively.
"Nothing." He said lowly.
There was a silence awkwardness between us. I didn't mind the awkwardness instead I used it to get the packages delivered on time. Once each package was delivered we returned to the warehouse. I finally said something to him.
