I returned quickly, interrupting Adrian once again, purposely of course. I saw him roll his eyes at me but I didn't care.

"May I ask you a question?" I asked.

"Does this question need to be answered right now?" I asked Sebastian.

I ignored Adrian's question and continued to speak, "How old are you?"

"I'm 26." He responds.

"You look younger than that." I responded.

"How young do I look." The man asked.

"Probably around my age, maybe Adrian's age." I said, "I'm glad you're over eighteen though."

He laughed, "Oh really."

I nodded my head, "Yeah."

Adrian looked annoyed so I continued speaking.

"I never cought your name." I say.

"It's Melvin." Adrian answered for him.

"Your name is cute, suits you." I flirted, "You remind me of this guy I was seeing."

I knew I was upsetting Adrian now. I could also tell that Melvin was uncomfortable.

Melvin furrowed his eyebrows, "How so?"

"Well you both have the same chocolate skin, light brown eyes, and a pretty smile." I complimented.

"Thanks," He says hesitantly, "I guess."

I decided to stay and mess with Adrian a little longer. I sat closely next to Melvin. He looked at me as if I were crazy. I just smiled.

"We need to finish." Adrian reminded.

I rolled my eyes, "I'm trying to help you out Adrian."

"How are you helping me? If anything your distracting." He responded.

Adrian can be so fucking annoying.

"We'll pick up where we left off tomorrow." Melvin said getting up.

"Have a nice day sir," I said practically pushing him out the door.

I locked the door behind him.

I laughed, "Hope you're well prepared for court Monday."

I heard Adrian mumble something under his breath.

"What was that?" I asked.

"Nothing." He lied, like he usually did and gave me a fake ass smile.

I rolled my eyes, "Do you want to go somewhere with me?"

"Hell no." He answered quickly.

"Why not? It'll be fun." I smiled.

"It won't." He said.

"Too bad, it wasn't a choice." I said.

I pushed Adrian's wheelchair. He tried to stop me by holding his wheels in place. He even held on to the door frame. I picked up his chair and put him in the car.

I was taking him to see Maurice at the police station.

"Now when we get there I want to hear an full apology." I told him.
