Chapter 12.

He didn't know what to do, one minute it was quiet the second Erza was shaking and tearing up because of a....storm!

'What do I do.. What do I do!' He thought to himself. Would hugging her be too awkward for her? Would talking really help? He doubted it. Ugh this was so frustrating! How was he suppose to help her!

"H-hey what do you want me to do?" He asked, panicking. Although she wouldn't speak.

He got up and tried blocking the sound from the window. Didn't work. He tried turning on the tv. That didn't work either. He tried giving her an extra pillow. Nope. She didn't take it.
'Goddamnit!' He was running out of options. He sat back on the bed and looked at her.
He finally got the courage and sat her up, holding onto her shoulders he spoke.

"Erza look at me." She was still shaking but her eyes widened after he grabbed her, but she looked at him.

"I'm right here. You don't have to panic. Whatever you need i'm right here to help." He looked at her in the eyes until she gave a reaction.
She nodded her head.

"Erza, what would you like for me to do to help."

She looked down, still shaking she shook her head. "I-I-I don't k-know."

He looked around and realized the bathroom would more then likely be the quietest place.
He got up and walked her to the bathroom, she sat down and he closed the door.

"Is this better?" He sat by her.

She still couldn't stop shaking but she nodded.

This was humiliating for her. Now sombody knew what she was afraid of. She couldn't stop shaking, but she stopped shaking so violently. She took deep breathes and started to close her eyes again.

He realized she was trying to calm down a bit. He didn't know if he could help with that so he stayed quiet.

They both ended up falling asleep in the bathroom, and Jellal was the first to awake. He was on his back and she, awkwardly, had her head laying on his arm. He blushed and sat up. He didn't want to bother her so he sat still until she awoke.

She woke maybe half an hour later and realized where her head was laying. She shot up.

"S-sorry.." She spoke flustered.

"It's alright." He stood up and stretched.

She sat there and rubbed her eyes.
"So much for the bed." She yawned.

He laughed "No arrangments were needed."

She looked down.
"I apologize."

"For what?" He looked at her.

"For panicking...If I haven't there wouldn't have been any trouble and ended up falling asleep...well here.."

"That's alright. Like I said last night. If there's something I could help you with I'm willing to help." He smiled.

She blushed a little and stood up.
"We better head out.."
She walked out of the bathroom quietly, requipt into armor and picked up her bag.

He got ready and picked up his stuff also.

They turned in their room key and were making it up the hill towards their destination. They also picked up a tent to sleep in.

"Shall we head right towards the first part when we get there?" He asked

She nodded "That's what I'm planning." She was acting tough again. But Jellal saw her scared side now and had to watch out for that.

They made it their way up the hill and found themselves standing at a cave entrance.

"This must be it." She looked down at the Quest Map. She nodded.
"Let us continue into the cave." They continued walking into the cave.

~ Back at the guild ~

"I wonder what Jellal and Erza are up to right now." Lucy stated in the silence.

"Probably kickin' asses while we are just sittin here." Natsu groaned.

"Stop being a big baby Natsu, honestly."

"I wanna go do something! It's so boring here!"

"Then what would you wanna do?"

"Hehehehe." Natsu rubbed him flaming hands together. "We should follow them."

"That's a horrible idea, Erza would beat us and they are likely to be very far away now." She shook her head.

"You dont wanna turn into a Beaten down flame idiot, do you Brat?" Gray walked in and took a seat.

"Shut up Frosty Ass! She can't hurt anyone if she doesn't know we're there."

"Well if you wanna go, then go right ahead but I'm not followin' your stupid flame brain head of yours." He shouted.

"Whatever, I didn't want you with anyways. Lucy you'll go with me right?" Natsu huffed.

"No! Leave them alone! Even though it was just a 'mission' we had more planned." Lucy smirked at Mira.

"That's correct!" She smiled.

"Wha- wait..more? What else were you planning? Was she going to be ditched by Jellal? I'll beat his ass!" He started punching the wall.

"You really are a shallow headed, idiot. Of course we weren't planning that, and Jellal wouldn't have agreed to it in the first place." She shook her head. "Something different Natsu."

He stopped. "Oh well. Tell me!" he flopped down and smiled a big goofy grin. "Pleeeaaaaasssse Luce!"

She rolled her eyes and looked at Mira.

Mira giggled. "Go ahead he can't do anything."

"Okayyyy, Well. Natsu. We were planning for Jellal and Erza too...." She made the 'kissing gesture' with her fingers.

"What's that mean?" He titled his head.

"Natsu! It means we are trying to get them together!"

"But they already are together, they're on the mission together remember? Lucy you're weird."

She facepalmed "I give up." Threw her hands up and walked off.

"She's a weirdo." Natsu sighed.
