~~Maddie's POV~~
"Mummy can we go see the fireworks please!" London begs and I smile. Every year since she was born we have let her watch them but not close. We had to stay back because of the fans and the paparazzi, which has eased up a little over the years but not by much. I hate that she misses out on a lot of things because of it, but there's nothing much we can do about it. They seem to finds us where ever we go weather we are with Harry or alone.
"I don't know London maybe we can do them here this year." She frowns as Harry walks in tossing his keys on the table coming over kissing us both.
"Hey little bear. Turn that frown upside down." He says poking her cheeks but she doesn't. "What's the matter love?" She crosses her arms over her chest and looks down at her lap. Harry sits on the other side of her on the sofa and pulls her in his lap.
"Mummy said we cant go watch fireworks." She frowns and I feel bad as a tear slips off her cheek landing on her hand. Harry pulls her hair back then lifts her face up to him.
"London, mummy is just worried. You know how the fans are." She nods but she still frowns.
"But daddy they are going to have rides." He looks over at me but we have to finish this later because the doorbell rings.
"I'll get it." I tell him and he nods whispering in London's ear. I open the door and I about pass out as kids run in past me screaming.
"Auntie Maddie!" Oh dear lord. I look down as three boys stare up at me!
"Well well well!" I look up and there stands Louis, Lindsey, Josh, and Gemma with Jacob on her hip. I squeal running into Josh's arms.
"Oh my god what are you guys doing here?"
"The Fourth of July is in like 2 day's Maddie." I look back at Josh as he speaks.
"Yeah but your wife and all our friends don't celebrate that idiot." He chuckles
"Well we do now." Louis says pulling me into a hug. I hear squeals and turn looking as London hugs Noah, Freddie and William. Freddie and William are Louis' boys and they are three. Noah is only 3 months older then London and they love each other. We walk in as Harry hugs everyone and he is shocked they are here. I love these kinds of surprises.
"Oh get ready because Niall and his herd will be around in a bit." I laugh as Gemma warns us, I'm glad we have a huge house. When Harry explained it to his mom he told her it was nothing fancy and I had to tell him he needs to look up fancy because he doesn't know what it means.
"I cant believe you are all here, Harry you need to call Liam." He nods as him and the guys go out back, I'm sure they need to catch up.
"So Maddie what have you been up to?" Gemma says as she sits, Lindsey sits across from us as she smiles. She is quiet but not awkward quiet she talks just not that much. She is the complete opposite of Louis.
"Well London is pretty upset because she asked to go to watch fireworks and I told her no."
"Why?"
"Really Gemma, it's public and we wouldn't be able to enjoy it." She chuckles
"Maddie it's at night we can make them wear beanies and long sleeves no one will notice." Yeah cause that has worked so well for them in the past. Not! "Harry!" She screams out but just gets up and walks out to where they sit. I look over at Lindsey.
"She is nuts right?"
"I think she has a point though. I am to the point to where I'm sick of the kids suffering, I think maybe she's right it wont hurt to try. Besides we can take security and make them wear regular clothes." I just don't like the thought of it I guess, all those people around and our babies out playing. But they are right they shouldn't suffer, London misses out so much. The kids run over and Noah jumps up on my lap.
