(20) No One

~~Harry's POV~~

I lay here watching my two girls playing in the floor. I have missed this so much, their giggles, their smiles that reach ear to ear. My thoughts drift to the love Maddie and I made in the bathroom earlier. There is nothing like the feeling we share when we are tangled in one another. "You have to ask your daddy." Maddie's words bring me back, I roll over to the edge looking down on my little girl.

"Ask daddy what?" Maddie smiles looking between me and London. London pulls at her fingers just like Maddie does when she is nervous. "Daddy I want..." She blushes looking over at Maddie. Maddie fights back a chuckle as she takes her bottom lip in her teeth. "A brother." She spits out Maddie gives me an amused look then places her hand over her mouth. Wow I knew this would be brought up one day, but only when she's older. "Noah loves having a brother, so I want one too." She smiles thinking about her little cousins. I run my hand over my mouth and chin trying to figure out what to say. Thanks Maddie for the help, ask your daddy.

"London a brother isn't something we can just go out and buy." I say trying to break the silence as she looks at me with those sweet puppy eyes that she knows I cant resist. I look at Maddie pleading for help and she laughs pulling London in her lap.

"Yeah but Noah said if you kiss the person you love then a brother will come soon. That's what Uncle Josh and Auntie Gem did." My eyes grow wide looking over at Maddie who is shocked. "You love mummy and you kiss her a lot so where's my brother?" Oh dear lord. I take a deep breath and sit straight up.

"Look baby I think Noah is pulling your leg, that's not how it works." Maddie says in a sweet tone but for some reason I have a feeling London is going to ask how. "You see babies, weather they are girls or boys are very special. You love were very special, you are a part of your daddy and a part of me." I nod at that she is really good at explaining things.

"But how are babies made?" She looks between me and Maddie and I sigh. I knew it wouldn't be that easy, London always loves new information.

"Well, it's an amazing thing: A seed from daddy and an egg from mommy join together in mom's tummy. That's where the baby grows — in a special sack there, called the womb." My eyes grow bigger as she says this, Madison Styles she is four. She gives me a reassuring smile then continues. "When you're older daddy and I will explain more, but for right now just know you are special mommy and daddy's little miracle." London looks up at us with a huge smile.

"Is that why I look so much like daddy?" I laugh out at her as Maddie smiles and shakes her head.

"You two need to think about dinner." I say to them as they giggle. There's a knock on the door and I walk over looking through the peephole. Jake. I turn looking at the girls before I open the door. His stance is protective and his face is blank, he's only like this if something is up. I step out and see Maddie watching as I close the door behind me. "What's up Jake?"

"Sir there is some disturbing news." Ok I'm listening. "Luke was doing a sweep of the property in London when he noticed smoke coming from the house." My heart starts to pound, Luke is part of our security team that checks our property while we're gone. "The house was engulfed in flames when he got closer. He said there is major damage and the sprinkler system was disabled." I run my hands through my hair and I feel like I'm going to throw up. "The team has tried to keep the reporters back but they haven't been successful." I groan as my legs feel wobbly.

"Does he have any clue as how it started?" Jake frowns and I know he does.

"Sir right now I don't want to speculate, the fire marshals are there now investigating along with our team. The fire is out now but you and the Mrs. cant go back there."
