Red was rather conflicted about his feelings. And ever since blue's return to school things were on eggshells. Peach was the first to find out about red's crush. Of course by now the friends weren't necessarily sure if it was a crush or not. He was over it....but then he wasn't. Finally he whispered how he may or may not have had a crush on blue.

Peach, who had decided that maybe she should date other girls was completely shocked and found it adorable! Blue and Red spent lots of time together, so it was obvious.

And just when Red's emotions had become stable, blue and pink got back together! Again! Red was once again caught off guard. Blue had broken down for her, and now their back together!? Of course he had no right to be mad, he just thought blue could do better than that. Of course him and pink were surprisingly pretty cool friends. She was funny and relatable. Like a Younger sister. Speaking of which, that next day was her birthday! And she wanted red to go. With blue. Yaaay.

Rest assured, Red definitely did not want to make someone else's day about his stupid feelings, so he once again stuffed the feelings deep down and went along. Ironically on the way to boomer's, blank space by taylor Swift played. And he was smashed between pink and blue. If this wasn't awkward I don't know what was. He wiped the single tear from the corner of his eye. Blue kept reassuring red mainly because he was anxious and nervous. Red had never been to a birthday party. He wasn't as social or popular. This was a very new experience. But for the rest of their time, blue and pink would sneak off and hang out, leaving a scared helpless red alone.

That's when he overheard the others from the bathroom after washing up. And there was no way this was a lie. From the corner he heard, " you know she only invited him because blue's friends with him. He's so awkward! "

Let's just say red spent at least fifteen minutes crying in the bathroom silently as possible. Then the go carts came. At first, red was absolutely terrified. Why in the hell would he do that!? That's when the others began to beg him. It was wrong, really. " Pleeease?" Blue begged using a fake quivering lip. " If you're scared, you can ride with me. We can ride together!" Red was lucky it was a bit dark outside. Suddenly blue shouted out something that made red's face burn.

" IF YOU DON'T DO THIS, I WILL COME ACROSS THE BAR AND KISS YOU!!" Red's eyes widened a little as he wasn't quite sure how to take that. Blue shrugged, wrapping an arm around pink's waist. Red felt guilty for making this day about him. He didn't mean to. But pink still had a smirk on her face. Why?

That truly was the most AWKWARD birthday party ever. To make matters worse, blue did have to drop red off to his house. " So silent. Hardly any eye contact was made and nothing was actually spoken of, except from his cool dad who just so happened to like my music." Red had told us while making this book. Then he walked red to his door, and blue called his mother to see if red could spend the night. No one was as upset as blue was when she said no.

Little did anyone know, it was all gonna go downhill from there.

Just got news that "Red" was taken to a therapist to help with a few things. Please help velvet and I by being super supportive of him please!
