I sit on the rocks by Krystal Waters Lake in my rainbow colored bikini. I watch as Leon throws Sally into the water and Christina slowly gets in the water. Danny sits next to me in black swim trunks. Damn he's got a nice body. My wolf says. I roll my eyes.
"You ok?" Danny asks. I look him straight onto his dark eyes and plaster a fake smile on my face. I nod.
"Yeah just got a lot on my mind," I say. He gets up and holds out his hand.
"C'mon, let's go swimming," he says. My smile turns from fake to real as I take his hand. I look at the others as we head into the water to swim. Danny let's go of my hand to pick up Christina and throw her into the water.
I wish he knew or even felt the same. At that moment I am picked up and thrown into the lake. When I float to the surface I look around and see Danny laughing at me.
"Dammit Danny!" I yell. He laughs and helps me out of the water. I sit back on the rocks and grab the fireball out of my backpack. I'm going to get shit faced and drink my feelings away. I crack open the bottle and don't think twice about chugging half the bottle in one drink.
"Woah there! Slow down Carrie. There's no need for that," Sally says, taking the bottle. I groan in protest.
"Like hell there isn't," I retort. She looks at me with sad eyes.
"Well if you can't beat em, join em," she says and takes a swig of the bottle. Everyone gathers around and we start sharing the bottle. After finishing it, we're good and loaded, and I feel great. I start dancing around and singing.
"All I've ever wanted was to see you smiling! All I've ever wanted was to make you mine!" I sing out, giggling. Danny watches me walk along the rocks as I sing. "All I've ever wanted was you and me!" I know I'm going to regret all of this in the morning. I jump down and wobble a bit. Danny laughs at me and I spinning in circles. Danny stops me from falling. "Dannnnyyyyy," I whined with a pout. He stumbles a bit, a little tipsy as well, but keeps balanced.
"Carrrieeee," he mimicks. I look over at Sally and Leon making out on the blanket. Christina is sitting on the rocks next a passed out Jay, stroking his hair.
"You-you guysss are no fun," I slur. Sally looks at me.
"We aren't as drunk as you are Carrie," Sally says.
"Then get on my level bro," I say. Everyone bursts out laughing. I start singing again and Danny sits and watches me. I slurred the lyrics to What The Hell by Avril Lavigne. When an awesome oppurtunity popped up.
