Justin's POV

Ryan pulled me into his office and I was a little nervous. He instructed me to sit on a chair while he sat in his behind the desk.

"I know you like my daughter. And I know she likes you. But I don't know what to say about it. I want my daughter happy. She's been in that shitty and abusive relationship for the last three years. But if I let you be with her, how do I know you won't do the same?" He started off.

"I can assure that I will take perfect care of your daughter. I'm not like all these other men. I don't abuse women." I spank them. But of course I didn't say that out loud. "Look, Ryan you've worked for my company before it was even mine. You are one of my dads closest friends. You can trust that I would never harm your daughter."

He gave me a hard look before letting out a sigh and rubbing his temples. He groaned before looking at me one more time.

"Fine. You can date my daughter. But if I find one tiny little scratch on her, you're a deadman." He pointed at me. I gave him a smile.

"Thank you so much." I got up from my seat and so did he. I shook his hand before we left his office. Time to make her mine.

Alice's POV

After dinner, I helped my mom clean up the kitchen a little bit. Justin and my dad went off to who knows where and I just wanted to go back to sleep. I must've gotten too much sun today. Maybe that's why I'm so tired.

I heard male voices coming into the room and we looked up from the kitchen sink to see dad and Justin walk in.

"Ryan, honey. I think we should tell Alice our surprise." Said mom going over to dad while drying off her hands. Dad whispered something into her ear and she squealed happily and clapped her hands. "We'll tell her together."

"As you know, your mother and I have been trying to have another baby since you were three. And with no luck, you know we gave up." Said dad as he wrapped an arm around her body.

"Screw it. I'm pregnant." Said mom.

"No way!" I smiled. I've always wanted a little sibling! "Congratulations! Oh my gosh! I'm so happy for you two!" I gave them both giant hugs and did a little happy dance. "How far along are you?"

"Seven weeks to the day." She smiled and put her hand over her belly. I have a doctors appointment next week for my eight week checkup."

"Congratulations." Said Justin going up to my parents and hugging them both. I couldn't help the smile on my face. I can't believe I'm finally going to be a big sister. I know my parents are older but who cares? IM GOING TO BE A SISTER!!

After we all settled down, mom and I finished the dishes and we all went to the living room to talk and have a nice evening while watching a movie. Mom and dad were cuddled up on one couch, while Justin and I sat on the other. We were on different sides of the two person couch and I had a blanket over my legs since it was a bit chilly in the house.

I was feeling myself start to drift off to sleep, but a hand on my thigh woke me up. I noticed Justin moved a little closer. I tried to ignore him, but his hand started to move up. I tried smacking it away, but he only squeezed my thigh hard. I let out a squeak and my parents looked at me funny. I looked back at the tv.
