"I love you, Peter Parker."
"It's kind of hard to believe that when you're trying to kill me."
"..."
"But yeah, I love you too."

"It's you, it's you, it's all for you, everything I do."

"Knock, knock, Puddins!" Harley calls out, making her way into the Parkers' apartment.
May's head pops up from the couch and a look of relief takes over her face.
"Oh, thank the Gods!" She breathes out and puts a hand over her heart. "I've been so worried."
"Why? What happened?"
"What happ- what do you mean 'what happened'!" May looks at her exasperated, making her way to the clueless girl. "Your mission in Nigeria is all over the news, Harleen!"
"Oh yeah, that..." Harley scratches the back of her neck.
Behind May, Harley sees Peter swing his bedroom door open and hastily make his way over to the two conversing women.
"Are you okay? I saw the news and you didn't answer my calls!" He asks, pulling the girl into a tight hug.
"I'm fine Pete." Harley chuckles. "Sorry about the calls, I was with Wanda the whole way back and I didn't have time to check my phone."
"Wanda?" May questions. "The Scarlet Witch?"
"Yeah, that's her." Harley answers and sits down on the couch.
"How is she doing? I heard some stuff on the news but I've learned to take what they say with a grain of salt."
"She... is not great right now. She feels terrible about what happened. It was an accident of course, hurting innocent people is the last thing Wanda would ever want to do. I don't want her to feel any worse than she has to, but I can't just tell her it's okay, because its not. Accidents happen, and I've done worse things, but I don't think telling her that will ease her guilt." Harley explains solemnly.
"You've told me stories about her and you always say she's so kind. She's trying to make up for her mistakes with that Ultron mess, right? But of course they won't show that on the news." May says sadly.
"Not many mainstream media outlets portray us in a positive light." Harley agrees and a feeling of bitterness makes its way through her. "Who needs them though, when we've got supportive and understanding people like the two of you?"
The two members of the Parker family smile bashfully at the brown eyed girl in front of them.
"Well, enough with the heavy." May squeezes her thigh gently. "Since Harley's back, how do you guys feel about a movie night? Haven't had one in a while."
"It's three in the afternoon." Peter deadpans.
May pulls the curtains closed and flicks light-switch off.
"Now it's nine in the afternoon!" She replies smugly. "I'll get the popcorn."
Harley pushes off of the couch and skims through the Parkers DVD collection. She turns to smile widely at Peter when she finds the one she was looking for, waving it in the air.
"Why this movie again?" He groans.
"Because it's one of the greatest movies of all time." She replies matter-of-factly. "Don't diss Lilo and Stitch or I will flip this coffee table and fight you right here, right now."
"You will do no such thing! I just cleaned this place!" May interjects.
Popcorn tin in hand, she throws a piece of popcorn at Harley who catches it in her mouth perfectly.
"I know why you like this movie so much." Peter says smugly. "A deranged and advanced being is taken in by a dysfunctional family of two. Remind you of anyone?"
"Shut up." Harley glares jokingly and hits him with a throw pillow.
"He's right, you know." May teases, sitting down on the love-seat. "You're our ohana, Harley."
Harley blushes and hides her face in Peter's neck.
"Just start the movie before your affection melts my heart of ice and makes me cry and I jump out of the window in embarrassment."

"I heard you like the bad girls, honey, is that true?"
