Chap 2: Hello, Hello, Hello

Chap 2: Hello, Hello, Hello.

The boy must have seen us looking because he looked our way, at us.

Katie and Jenny quickly ran over to them and started talking to Gabe, I heard them saying something about Jenny's top.
Great, another Batman fan (sense the sarcasm?)

I finished cleaning the mess and nervously went over to join them.

"This is Gabriel Morales, he is going to be in the new movie we're planning." Uncle Peeta told me.

Gabriel's chocolate brown eyes were
glistening from the light through the window. "Gabriel is way too long, call me Gabe." He said smiling. I felt my cheeks flush, I hope I wasn't blushing.

"Alex?"

"Huh?"

I realised Uncle Peeta had called me so I can introduce myself to Gabe.
"Oh um, hi i'm um...Alex"
Gabe smirked, that smirk... He was perfect. I saw Katie and Jenny chuckling.

"OK, why don't you show Gabe around while I tell the girls about the new movie, and they can tell you later" Uncle Peeta said told me.

"Okay" I replied. Great, I'm going to make a fool of myself again.

"We'll start from the filming area" I said walking to the video camera trying to walk as far infront of Gabe as I can.

"Well, this is where you're going to be rehearsing" I said pointing to the area around the green screen.

"You don't have to show me around, you know. The studios big but i'm sure i'll find my way around. So, how do you know Mr Augstim?" Gabe asked. He wants to get to know me! Nah, he probably just can't be bothered walking.

"He's my uncle I come with him to the studio on the weekends. What about you, have you made any movies with him before?"

"I have only acted in a movie when I was a kid it was called The Perfect Game, and I was a comedian too, the videos on Youtube are so embarrassing!" I laughed, I have to watch them videos! He was laughing too, his laugh was amazing. After that no one said anything, I just looked around the room trying not to make eye contact with Gabe.

"Boo!"

"Ahhh!" I screamed, and then saw Katie and Jenny laughing behind me.

"Hey!" I said annoyed, but really I was grateful that it wasn't awkward anymore.
The girls were laughing hystericaly, and so was Gabe.
"Did you know Gabe is a comedian?" I asked trying to change the topic.

"Was" Gabe said correcting me.

"Really?" Jenny asked Gabe.

"Yeh, I dance and sing too. I am in a band you three should meet them one day!" He boasts.

"That would be awesome!" Katie said. I saw Jenny looking at her watch, mum was coming to pick us up at 4 P.M.

"It is 3:30 P.M, we should go now" Jenny said to me and Katie.

"OK, bye Gabe it was nice meeting you i'll see you next weekend" I said getting up in a rush.

I was kind of looking foward to next weekend, Jenny and Katie weren't going to be there it was just going to be me and Gabe.

"Bye Alex, Katie and Jenny!" Gabe said also getting up to walk over to Uncle Peeta.

We started walking outside the studio. "You like him don't you?" Katie asked me.

"What? No!" I lied.

"It is so obvious Alex, you were blushing like crazy!" Jenny said.

"It was really hot in there, my cheeks go red when i'm hot... Was it really obvious?" I asked giving in, please not have let Gabe notice!

Katie and Jenny started laughing and nodding there heads.

"Anyway, what's the movie going to be about?" I asked.

"Oh yeah, it's a dance/romance! Gabe is the main actor, and Selena Gomez is the main actress!" Jenny replied to me.

"Wow, that's awesome!" I said. I remembered Gabe telling us that he dances. Selena, she's very pretty... We waited for mum to pick us up near the carpark outside the studio.

Gabe's Journal
The other day I got a phone call from Mr Augstim, he told me i'm going to be in a movie.
I havn't acted in ages! At the studio he told me that it's called 'Typical Teenage Love'. When we were talking I saw three pretty girls looking at me while knealing down in a pile of mess.

When they saw me looking two stood up and ran over to join me and Mr Augstim.

We introduced ourselves, while Mr Augstim waited impatiently. Jenny was wearing a Batman top! Oh my god! I mentioned her top and we started talking about the Batman movies.

The other girl walked over to speak to us, she was wearing a blue dress and her eyes were a mixture of blue and brown, she was very pretty. Mr Augstim introduced me as Gabriel, that is so uncool. I told her to call me Gabe instead. Her cheeks were red, was she blushing?

Mr Augstim said something that I think neither of us heard because when she introduced her self, she stuttered and looked confused. Her name was Alex, I wonder if it is short for anything.

Alex had to take me to look around the room but I wanted to get to know her instead.
I asked her how she knows Mr Augstim and we talked and laughed, it got awkward a bit though, until her friends came and they left. I really want them to meet the rest of the band.
