Lionblaze couldn't believe his ears either.
'Shouldn't this be Jayfeather's job?' He thought. 'I guess anything's possible, after all.'
"Well, we should be introducing ourselves," the flaming horse suggested. "I'm Kimber, that's Pechi - she motioned toward the half plant creature- this is Mune - the black and white beast nodded in acknowledgment - the one right beside me is Maxillae-"
"Call me Max, for short."
"Right. The one right behind you is Static-
"Sup." He grinned.
The one on our trainer's shoulder is Nidorina, and the one you met earlier is Echo."
Bramblestar nodded. "And the twoleg?"
Static tipped his head to the side. "Twoleg? What's a twoleg?"
'Mouse brains!' Lionblaze silently hissed. "Right in front of us," he gestured with his tail.
"Oh," Pechi understood. "So, that's what you call humans!" She bounced around them excitedly. "We just call her 'Boss' or 'Buddy' or something like that, but she's actually called..." Then she looked at her trainer, with a look of 'Don't you DARE laugh at me for this.'
" Uhh, Stevia!" Pechi had an odd accent when she spoke, similar to Purdy's, in a way."It's Stavia, say the 'A' nice and long - also a name i made for myself. Stavia added proudly.
Dovewing flattened her ears and Bramblestar narrowed his eyes a bit.
"Well, that's nice to hear,"Bramblestar said, as if he wanted to get out of here as soon as possible, even on three good legs. "We really thank you for helping us, but it's time we get going now-"
"What?! Come on, can't you just stay for a couple of more minutes? Like, maybe talk about your typing's or your abilities or something like that? And by the way, what kind of Pokèmon are you?" Nidorina protested.
"Typing?" Lionblaze asked out of impulse.
Well great, there's no way that they can get out of this one. Lionblaze mentally whacked himself on the head. And what in the name of Starclan do they mean by 'abilities', and 'typing'?
"I mean..." Lionblaze stepped in, since Bramblestar was already searching for a false answer. "I'm more or less invincible-"
"So you have the ability Wonderguard?" Mune said disbelievingly, "Well, that's hard to believe. Considering the fact that It's only exclusive to Shedinja's." He circled around him. "Say, if I give you a Night Slash, would that even affect you? It doesn't look like you have a weakness to dark types anyway." His sharp white teeth were visible in a threatening grin.
Lionblaze felt his hackles rise in warning. "Don't you dare," He hissed.
"Mune, seriously, that's not funny." The twoleg sighed in exasperation.
Mune barked a laugh, dropping his evil facade. "Just messing around, don't worry about it."
"...Oh," Lionblaze relaxed.
He then looked at Bramblestar, then whispered, "Should uh... we tell them? You know, that we're called 'cats'?
The tom just sighed. "Either they're the most mouse-brained group of things I've ever seen or they already know what's going on."
"Pretty much the latter, but good try though." Nidorina replies nonchalantly, twitching her ears.
Looks like this group has some keen senses.
