The playground was a madhouse of people and furries everywhere. Ella held Erin's wrist and took him to sit under a tree where it was quiet and away from the crowd.

Rocky and I still following.

Ella was giggling, "Oh! So glad you came!"

Rocky tilts her head and I raise a brow. For a Grade 10 this girl sure was childish.

Erin sat down with his back leaning on the tree. Ella springs onto his lap. Erin starts chuckling and Ella starts giggling again.

I sit down on Erin's right-hand side and Rocky sits on my right-hand side, avoiding Erin.

We made a little semi circle in our sitting positions.
A boy, about the same age as Ella, was trying to squeeze through the crowd.

"Excuse me, coming through, busy man right here," he kept saying until he reached us.

He had a fluffy hat with bear ears on it, he was wearing a wooly grey sweater and black pants. On his feet were fluffy white socks and he was wearing white mittens. He looked as if he was ready for a long Winter.

He didn't recognise us at all (Except Ella and Erin) and stood there awkwardly.

"Oops! I thought you guys were some other people" he said, "Oh well."
He sat down on Erin's left-hand side. Well, he slipped and landed on his bottom. Then laughed in a goofy manner.

This caused Rocky and I to snicker and Ella burst into laughter. Erin just started grinning.

"My name's Sean!" The boy said brightly.

Is it just me or are ALL Grade 10s goofy?

"So what makes you so busy?" Rocky asked Sean.

"Oh, um... Just an excuse" Sean replies looking at Rocky.

Things went quiet, Sean and Rocky stared at eachother until Rocky was convinced he was telling the truth.

"Ok?" Rocky said and looked at us.

Sean starts laughing in the goofy way of his, yet again triggering Ella to start laughing too. Ella buried her face in Erin's coat just to muffle out her bubbly laugh.

"My name is Cameron by the way," I say, "This is my friend, Rocky." I gesture to Rocky.

She didn't argue when I called her my friend, but smiled happily. Wow... the first person at this school I can call my friend. This thought rolls around in my mind like a pig in mud and I start smiling brightly.

Sean nods his head, "My name's Sean!"

"We already know that," Erin says, starting to chuckle.

Sean starts grinning like an idiot.

"Oh! Can we play a game!" Ella squeals and snuggles close to Erin, looking at us all as if she was a queen on her throne.

"Yeah, sure. Why not?" Rocky says...

I look at Erin and tense up, and he looked right back at me with a grin.

"Oh! I know what we could play!" Sean hops a bit, excited, "Who has a bottle with them?"

We all glance at eachother. Erin takes his flask out of his pocket and hands it to Sean. Erin's flask was empty, we couldn't hear the sloshing of alcohol in it, he probably drank it all a while ago.

Sean starts grinning with a naughty expression, "El, get off Erin's lap and let's make a proper circle."

Ella huffs in frustration at the tought of having to leave her special blue cat throne and sit on the ground. She slid off slowly and squeezed in between Erin and Sean. Then sitting there with a huffy look. I have to admit she looked pretty adorable sitting there.

Oh no... I suddenly knew what game we were playing. It was Spin the Bottle. A classic love game among desperate teenagers. I could see Erin was regretting giving Sean the flask in the first place.

This was going to be awkward.

There are 3 girls here and 2 boys. Uh oh. I'm sorry, I really respect lesbians and lesbian activity such as kissing and same with gays, but I don't think I'll handle having to kiss Ella or Rocky or want to watch Sean and Erin kiss.

Wait...

What if I get to kiss Erin?

That would actually be a dream come true. I don't care if his lips are feline lips, he has kissed me before, but on my forehead. Another kiss, this time on the lips, would be beautiful.

I sigh thinking about that.

Please, I hope I don't squeal if that does happen...
Sean starts the first round. He put Erin's flask in the middle of the circle and spins it.

It span and span and span. We all watched Erin's silver little flask anxiously as it slowed down.

Never have I feared a little silver object so much...

Then... It stopped.

The top of the flask pointed at Erin...

"Me?" This is the most surprised I have ever seen Erin's face before. Usually he was a calm character.

Quite a serious face, evenly halved down the middle by a neat stitched lining. His mouth usually curved down with his two saber teeth resting on his bottom lip and the tips of his fangs touching his chin.

But seeing his thick brows raise with his pupils doing that weird thinny thing made me feel just as surprised as he was.

Sean snickers and spins the flask again to see who Erin was going to have to kiss.

It landed on...
