"We can't lose him!" Raven shouted to me from behind. Beetle flew all over the place. Usually he has great control of his suit... Wonder what's up.
"What's up with his flying?" I shouted to Raven and Damian.
"It's his scarab!" Raven yelled up to me, "I sensed his emotions, they're fear! But there's another emotion in there, from another source! Determination! The only other thing there is his Scarab!"
Jaime stared down at us, "wow, great conclusion children."
Jaime hit a bird and got caught off guard. I took my opportunity. I looked behind me to make sure that Raven was on a straight path. I listened to make sure I still heard Damian's motorcycle underneath us.
My chance was set. I swooped down at Jaime's Scarab and began to attack. All sorts of weapons shot out of the Scarab and at me. Jaime's eyes went red.
HULP
I felt my body falling, motionless. I could only see straight up, and it almost seemed like the sky was going dark. I felt a hard landing on the ground.
All I could hear was a blurred sound of gasps and worry from Damian and Raven...
