I stood there looking in the mirror at my reflection, I smiled but I knew it wasn't real. Inside I was feeling depressed, lonely, sorrow, distressed... and pain. I couldn't hide the fact that I missed her but I was trying to smile and hope for the best. I looked down at my hands than back up, my eyes widened as I looked into the mirror. "Sierra?" I said shocked as I turn around coming face to face with the stranger standing in my bedroom. There stood a girl with brown curly hair, about 5'2, a dimple and big brown eyes. She had nice brown skin and when she noticed me staring at her, she smiled. I loved her smile.

"Is it- is that really you?" I said with a slight stutter in my voice.

She smiled and nodded. I smiled and whipped the tears of joy out the corner eyes while stepping a foot closer to my baby, but a squealed escaped Sierra's mouth making me stop. I looked up at her and she was covering her mouth, I raised my eyebrows in confusion. She put hand out towards me but it wasn't like she wanted me to grabbed it instead it looked like she wanted me to stop. "What's wrong?" I asked. "Why aren't you talking to me?" I said. Sierra placed her hands up against her throat and shook her from side to side. I didn't understand.

"What? Did you lose your voice? Can you not talk anymore?" I asked.

She nodded and opened her mouth and the only thing that came out was a small squeal and a breathe. I frowned. "Why can-" I started to say but got off when the ground started shaking and suddenly a loud rumble came out of no where. I looked down at the ground and saw cracks forming in the tile which we stood on, I hurried and moved back, away from the cracks that had formed under my feet. I looked at Sierra and reached in her pocket and pulled out something that I've seen before. It was the letter that she wrote me.

"Where did you get that?" I asked forgetting that she couldn't speak.

She smiled and looked at it, than back at me. Suddenly there was another loud rumble and the ground shook again making pieces of the ground fall off into this big black hole forming under us. There she stood on a cracked pieces of tile, in the middle of the air, and when the ground shook again Sierra stumbled backward. "Sierra!" I said loudly as I reached out to grab her, but she quickly regained her balance. She let out a loud squealed and held her arms out, I stepped back and looked down at the huge gap we had between our two pieces of tile flooring. More and more pieces fell off of Sierra's floor limiting her floor space to stand on. She reached out her hand and tried to give me the letter but we were to far away to even make contact with our finger tips. Piece by piece her floor fell off soon she was left with only one foot and when that piece fell Sierra jumped. I grabbed her hand and she dangled in mid air, I tried to pulled her up but she shook her head no. I frowned.

"Sierra I'm not letting you go, please just let me pull you up." I pleaded.

I looked down at her and noticed that she still had the letter in her hand, she went to hand it to me but I refused to take it. She released her grasped around my arm but she didn't fall because I had a good grip around her arm. "Babe I can't let you fall." I said as my voice cracked a little. Sierra showed no emotion, like she wanted me to let her go. "If you want me to let you go.. I'll do it" I responded with tears. She smiled and tried to hand me the note once more, this time I took it and smiled at Sierra. "I love you." I assured her as I let her go. As she fell a loud scream escaped her mouth and once again the ground raddled.

I woke up to a loud as thunder storm, I sat up in bed, looking around and finally realizing that everything that just happen was a dream. I whipped the sweat that formed on my forehead and looked at my trembling hands, the fuck? A loud crashing sound came from outside and a quick bright light flashed outside, it was a thunderstorm. I reached for my phone looking at the time; 2:00am.

I can't believe that everything that just happened was a dream.. Why did Sierra want me to let her go? Why couldn't she speak? And why was she trying to hand me that letter?... That letter..!

I quickly searched the bed for the letter but it wasn't there, I glanced over at my nightstand but the letter wasn't there ether. I let a heavy sigh in frustration as I flipped on the light switch. I hopped out the bed and scanned through the draws of the nightstand; hoping to find but sadly I didn't. I stood up and looked around the room trying to figure out a place where this damn letter could be, the dresser. I walked over to the long dresser that had a mirror connected to it and started my search for that letter. "Finally!" I said as I found it. I could still smell the beautiful scent on it, remembering how she sprayed it with her finest perfume. Destiny's Dream.

I walked over and sat on the bed, Indian style with the letter in front of me. I played with my fingers as I looked at the letter determining whether I should or shouldn't open it. I wasn't sure if I was ready to see what was inside yet.. But I knew if Sierra wanted me to read this so bad than it must be an important surprise written in this letter. I took a deep breathe and unfolded the letter..
