I sat in the car looking at Sierra, she was looking up at the sky out the window with a smile plastered across her face; she's so beautiful. I wanted to talked to talk to her but I truly didn't know what I should say, I didn't want to say something that would make her feel uncomfortable so I decided to keep quiet and continued to stare at her. I watched as her smiled disappeared and she quickly turned her head towards me, I averted my eyes as fast as possible but I knew she caught me staring at her and I was a little embarrassed. I heard something that sounded like a quiet girly laugh which made me turn towards Sierra and I saw her smiling wide with her hand over her mouth. She laughed. It was beautiful.

"Sierra?"

She looked at me.

"I like your laugh."

She smiled widely as she turned her attention back towards the window.

I chuckled as I started the car, I pulled outta the parking space, left the hospital parking lot and started driving home. I could feel Sierra's eyes watching me as I drove down the rode, she ran her fingers across the dashboard and pressed the buttons for the radio. Suddenly music blasted through the speakers which frightened Sierra making her remove her hands and jump back in her seat. I giggled to myself as I turned off the radio and glanced at her for a quick second, she was looking down and playing with her fingers.

"Babe?"

She didn't look a t me.

"Sierra?" I said while placing my hand on her shoulder.

She looked up and raised her eyebrows, I saw the fear in her eyes as she continued to fiddle with her fingers.

"It's okay, you didn't do anything wrong so it's no need to be afraid." I said while comforting her. "That's the radio, all it does is play music."

She tilted her head a bit as she raised one eyebrow, I could tell that she was confused.

"Well music is uh sounds that produce a beautiful harmony, and expresses peoples emotion." I said while turning on the radio but I made sure to turn it down a bit. Chris Brown "Don't Think They Know" was on.

Sierra sat there listening to the song and soon she began to tap her fingers to the beat.

I smiled as I continued driving home, I pulled into our drive way and parked next to Sierra's red convertible that hasn't been touched since the car accident but I did take it to the shop so now it looks brand new again. I turned off the car and looked over at Sierra, she had a surprise look on her face when the radio stop playing songs, I watched her press the buttons but still no music came on. I smiled as I got out the car, walked over to her side and opened her door for her; she stepped out the car and looked around admiring everything and its natural beauty. I wanted to show her something but we would have to go inside for that, I grabbed her hand gently and lead her to the front door; I unlocked the door and entered the dark house with Sierra by my side. I flicked on the light and closed the door behind me, I watched as Sierra roamed around the living room, familiarizing herself with her surroundings. She ran her fingers on the side of the couch and touched the glass table, she walked over to the flat screen t.v and admired it; she smiled widely. I ran upstairs, grabbed something, and quickly returned to find Sierra in the kitchen looking through the fridge. When she noticed me, she approached me and stared at the object, I was holding one of her professional cameras.

"This is one of your professional cameras, I remember you taking this one camera everywhere with you just to take pictures of things that was beautiful to you."

Sierra picked up the camera and examined it closely, I smiled as I watched her snap a picture of the ground. She squealed as she snapped another picture but this time it was a picture of the wall, than one of the fridge; I was about to say something but I was cut off guard when Sierra snapped a picture of me. I smiled as she showed me the picture, she smiled and continued to snap some pictures; I decided that this would be a good time to let her family know that she was alive and out of the hospital. I called Sierras' mother and told her that Sierra was okay, we decided to schedule a 'Get Together Party' for Sierra. Tomorrow both mine and Sierras' family will meet up here so everyone could see how Sierra doing but I'm only scared of one thing...

How will Sierra react? She doesn't remember anything and so many people will be here, I hope she doesn't get overwhelmed with emotions. I'm also scared that someone will tell her about our soon to be marriage, I don't she's ready for all of this yet..
