"So, what movie were you thinking?" Every Friday, Mason would come over and we would have a date night. It only consisted of eating popcorn and watching a movie, none of that normal teenager sex. I wasn't into that, and Mase strangely accepted it and never questioned or tried convincing me.

"Horror."

"Obviously, but which one?" I loved horror movies, I can't remember the last time I watched another genre.

"What's not popular?"

I laughed, he knew me so well. The movies I liked always had bad ratings. I found interest in the movies that leave people questioning and confused. I guess I just made up my own reasons for the ending.

We looked at Flixaton, a site where you could watch any movie or TV show. It was very popular currently, and I was always on it.

"What about The Iron? The description is A journalist visits Manalor City for her report. She checks into her hotel and looks around, discovering an ironing board in the closet. It seems normal to her, until unexplainable things start happening."

"Sounds stupid. Sure."

We watched the movie, which had to be the oddest movie of all time. Even if ghosts were real, why would they possess an iron? However, me and Mase laughed and had a good time.

Mason left after the movie and I went upstairs to my bedroom. My phone had no notifications except a text from my aunt saying she would be home in a few. Good thing Mase already left. She would be so angry if she caught me having people, especially boys.
