Kaylyn's Pov

When we got to Blake's house, we got out of the car and Blake told Cody to hold on to me. He held on to my arm so I couldn't go anywhere. When Emmet started talking to him he loosened his grip and I took that as a chance to run. I freed my arm from his grip and took of running into the woods but Blake caught up to me before I could really get anywhere. He said "welcome home Kaylyn." I glared at him and he just laughed.

Blake took me upstairs and said "you'll be sleeping in my room with me." Your bags are in the closet and the bathroom is over there. Feel free to roam the house and don't try to leave. I have guards at every exit and I've told them you're not aloud to leave." I sat down in the chair by the window and ignored him. He came over to me and kissed my temple. He whispered "I'll be back in two hours."

After he left, I got up and grabbed my phone. Great, no service. I pulled my knees up to my chest and started to cry. I miss my family and I want to go home. If Blake expects me to go downstairs for dinner he's crazy. I'm not going downstairs to have dinner with all those people. I don't know them and I'm pretty sure I'll never want to know them.

I got up and went to the bathroom to change into shorts and a tank top. I grabbed my ear buds and laid down on the bed and I was asleep in no time.

Blake's Pov

Daniel and I were sitting in my office going over paperwork while Kaylyn was upstairs all alone. Daniel asked "so is she coming downstairs for dinner." I sighed and said "I don't think so. I don't think I'll be going either." Daniel said "at least go downstairs and get a snack. You haven't eaten a lot since last night." I nodded and followed him downstairs. I grabbed a snack and went back upstairs to Kaylyn. She was asleep in my bed and she was wearing short-shorts and a tank top. I smiled and stripped down to just my boxers and got in bed with her. I pulled her to me so her back was against my chest and I kissed her neck.

In the morning she was snuggled into my chest. Her eyes fluttered open and she looked at me with no emotion. I whispered "good morning." She didn't say anything. She just turned so she was facing the wall instead of me. I whispered "please talk to me. I need you to talk to me. I cant take it. Please just please talk to me." She stayed silent.

I got up and got dressed. I looked at her from our closet and smiled. I kissed her forehead and said "I'll be back at lunch time." I walked downstairs and found my fourteen year old sister. I said "hey Janey. Can you make breakfast for my mate and take it up to her?" She asked "you found your mate?!" I nodded and said "yeah, so can you make her breakfast and take it up to her?" She nodded and said "sure." I smiled and said "great, I'll be back for lunch." Janey asked "where are you going?" I grabbed my water bottle and said "I have to help Daniel train the warriors. I'll see you later."

Janey's Pov

I made breakfast for my brother's mate and went upstairs to see her. I walked into their room and found her sitting in the chair by the window. She had a towel on her head because she had just taken a shower. I said "hey." She turned around glanced at me for a second and then looked back towards the window. I said "I'm Janey Kerington. I'm Blake's little sister." I set the tray of food down in front of her and sat next to her. I asked "what's your name?" There was a long pause before she said "I'm Kaylyn Summerson, but you can call me Kay-Kay if you want."

I looked out the window for a while before asking "so how do you like it here so far?" She shrugged and said "I just got here last night. Blake, Daniel, Cody, and Emmet came to my pack and brought me here. I haven't really looked around the territory yet." I frowned at that. I asked "they just took you away from your pack?" She nodded and said "I never even got to say goodbye to my family." My frown got bigger. I asked "would you like me to show you around tomorrow after school?" She nodded and said "that would be great. Thank you."

I smiled and said "well, I brought you some breakfast. If you need me, my room is the last room on the left." She smiled and said "thank you."

At lunch time my Blake, Daniel, Cody, and Emmit walked through the door. They all said "hey Janey!" I smiled and got out of my chair. I walked over to them and hit each of them in the back of the head. Blake asked "what was that for?!" I yelled "you guys are fucking ass holes. Especially you Blake!" Daniel said "what the hell! We didn't do anything!" I screamed "like hell you didn't! You guys fucking took Kaylyn away from her pack without letting her say goodbye! You guys are seriously fucking stupid!" Blake asked "how do you know that? Did she talk to you?" I nodded and said "yeah, and by the way, I'm showing her around the territory tomorrow after school since you haven't shown her yet."

Blake's Pov

During lunch I went upstairs to see Kaylyn. She ate her breakfast this morning, which makes me feel better. I went over to her and kissed the top of her head. I said "hi." She looked up at me and said "hi."

She finally talked to me!!!

I said "so I talked to my sister and she said that she is giving you a tour of the territory tomorrow." She nodded and said "yeah." I sat down in front of her and said "I'm sorry for taking you away from your pack without letting you say goodbye. I shouldn't have done that." She said "I accept your apology."

That made me smile.
