Kaylyn's Pov

Blake and I only have one class with Xavier. I hate this class because I have to sit in between Blake and Xavier. He stares at me for most of the class and he creeps me out. When the bell rang I got up and Blake grabbed my hand to pull me away from Xavier. We walked to our next class when I remembered I needed my book out of my locker. I said "I need to go to my locker. I'll be back in a minute." He nodded and let go of my hand.

I walked all the way back to my locker and the bell rang again. Great, I'm gonna  be late. I grabbed my book and closed my locker and someone grabbed me from behind. He put his hand over my mouth and said "don't scream." I recognized his voice. I knew it was Xavier. He dragged me out the side door of the school and into the woods. When we got to a small clearing, he threw me down on the ground and said "you should have just said yes when I asked you out." I heard other footsteps and looked up to find Blake's dad. He smirked and said "now Xavier, when I'm Alpha again and Blake is out of the way, she'll be all yours." Blake's dad looked down at me and said "I bet your thinking, 'what the hell is going on?' Well you see, Xavier here, is the son I never had. And once I'm Alpha again, I'll run the pack for a couple years and then I'll step down and he'll become Alpha. Like I said, He's the son I never had." He kicked me in the stomach and I groaned in pain. He did it over and over until I lost my breath and started coughing.

When I was able to breath again I said "you won't get away with doing this to me. Blake will find me." They started laughing and he said "oh really, where is he, I don't here him coming to get you, I can't smell his scent. It looks like you're on your own. We'll eventually give you back to Blake but first we're gonna have some fun."

Him and Xavier started kicking and punching me again. Finally Xavier said "let's give her a break we don't want her dead." Blake's dad agreed and they left me alone. When I heard heavy footsteps I looked up and saw four wolves running towards me. Three of them jumped over me to attack Xavier and Blake's dad but they were already gone. The fourth wolf stopped in front of me. He had sad eyes. He nudged me with his nose and I felt sparks. I knew it was Blake. He looked up from me and bowed his head. I felt arms wrap around me and I looked up to see Daniel. He put me on Blake's back and said "hold on tight Kay-Kay." I nodded and Blake took off running.

I had my eyes closed the whole way home. When he stopped running, he laid down so I could get off him. I stood in front of him with one arm around my stomach. I put my other hand on the side of his face and I whispered "I love you Blake." He licked the side of my face and he made me giggle. He walked into the forest and came back out a minute later wearing a pair of basketball shorts. He kissed my cheek and said "I love you too. Now let's go get you checked by the pack doctor." I nodded and he put his arm around my shoulders and led my to the pack house.

Blake's Pov

While Kaylyn was laying on a bed, I talked to the pack doctor. He said "she has a couple broken ribs but she has already started healing so they should be fully healed by tomorrow." I smiled and said "thank you."

I went back over to Kaylyn and said "hey." She smiled and said "hi." I asked "so did Xavier do this." She nodded and said "Xavier pulled me out into the woods and your dad was waiting for us." I asked "Xavier is working with my father?" She nodded her head.

I took Kaylyn back to our house and let her sleep on the couch in my office while I worked on some pack stuff. When Daniel got back from school I asked him to come to my office and to bring Emmet and Cory with him. They showed up ten minutes later. They opened up the door and I quietly "be quiet. Kaylyn's sleeping." They nodded and sat down in front of my desk. I said "Xavier is working with my father." Cory asked "who is Xavier?" Daniel said "remember the guy that Blake punched in the middle of the hallway a couple months ago." Cory nodded and Daniel said "that's him." Cory nodded and Blake said "yeah." Emmet asked "what do you want us to do with him." I said "On Monday, if he comes back to school, I want one of you with her if I'm not with her." They nodded and I said "I don't want him anywhere near her." Cory asked "what if he doesn't come back to school?" I sighed and said "I still want one of you guys with her if I'm not with her." Daniel asked "anything else you need us to do?" I shook my head and said "no, that's it. You guys can go now."

Once they were gone I went over to Kaylyn and said "Kaylyn, wake up." Her eyes fluttered open and she asked "what?" I smiled and said "come on, let's get you up to our room." She nodded her head and put her arms around my neck. I carried her up to our room and laid her on our bed. I changed her into one of my t-shirts and pulled the blankets up to her shoulders. I stripped into just my boxers and joined her in bed.
