Elizabeth's POV
"Dad?" I asked astonished at the man in front of me with a small cut on his forehead.
"Elizabeth? What are you doing here? Oh God are you okay! I'm so sorry." He says walking up to me and checking to see if I'm all right.
I stand there in shock not moving.
"I-Im fine." I say finally moving back a little shaking my head.
He looks relieved then his expression turns curious as he looks beside me. He soon shakes his head and his expression turns serious.
"I'm sorry about your truck. I have insurance that will cover it and everything else." He says looking to Ashton.
Ash looks at him and nodds. "Okay. Great."
He looks to me and I notice him a little stressed out and I grab his hand to calm him. This action does not go unnoticed by my dad and he looks at me with a questioning look. I look away from his gaze and clear my throat.
"I'll just go get my papers and cell phone so we can sort everything out and I'll call a tow truck." My father says walking back to his car.
Ash looks down. "I'm sorry about this." He says and I squeeze his hand.
"Hey its alright it's not your fault. We'll get everything covered sooner or later." I say with a small smile.
He smiles back and chuckles a little making me curious at his sudden mood change.
"Well I was not expecting to meet your dad in this kind of situation." He says while looking at me.
I smile and shrug. "Better sooner than later right?"
My dad comes back soon with his papers and him and Ashton start talking over things and calling insurance whilst I go and grab my phone and see I have eight missed calls from Zach, two from Carson, three from Ricky and one from Mason. I then notice it's ten thirty-three and I'm still not home. I sigh and decide to call Zach back.
It rings once and I hear him pick up.
"ELIZABETH WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?!" My brother shouts through the phone.
I roll my eyes at his protectiveness and calmly talk back. "Well I guess you could say we got into a little bit of an accident."
"What do you mean you got into a 'little bit of an accident'!" He says through the phone but I can tell he is still fuming with anger.
"Funny story actually we were on our way to the house. When out of nowhere this car came and rammed into our back bum-" I didn't get to finish my story as I heard Zachs voice through the phone.
"WHAT?!" 'and he's shouting once again' I roll my eyes. "ARE YOU HURT? I'M GOING TO KILL HIM IF YOUR HURT. I KNEW I SHOULD'VE NOT LET YOU GO-" He starts rambling.
"Zach calm down I'm fine and it wasn't Ashton's fault Dad's the one that hit us." I say shrugging even though he can't see me.
"You better be fine because if your not- wait. Dad? What do you mean dad hit you?" He asked clearly confused.
"You would know that dad ran into us if you let me finish my story." I say annoyed. "Him and Ashton are talking to insurance and getting everything fixed before they call a tow truck. We're all fine if your wondering."
He sighs relieved. "Just get home as soon as you can." He pauses before speaking again. "Did you know dad was on his way home?"
"I'm as suprised as you." I say and notice Ash and my dad are done talking. "Hey well they just finished up so I've got to go. Be home soon love you." I say into the phone.
