(Elizabeth's POV)

By now its lunch time and I'm really thinking about ditching again. I haven't seen Ashton since second period and it kind of got me confused because we had third and fifth period together and he went to neither. Maybe you freaked him out Lizze, my inner thoughts start. No I didn't he's Ashton why would he get freaked out by me? I thought walking to my locker to put my books away.

"Hey Ellie" I turn around to see Ricky making his way up to me. "We really haven't hung out much and I'm starting to miss my twin." He says pouting.

"Sorry Ricky want to hang out after school? We can go surfing." I say smiling knowing that he will say yes. Surfing is mine and his thing we both love to do it but never really get the chance to go out anymore.

At the moment I mentioned surfing Ricky's face lit up. "Yes! I've been waiting to try out my new short board." I laugh and shut my locker then we begin to walk to the cafeteria together.

"By the way I like your hat." He randomly says and I laugh quietly because I stole it from him a few weeks ago and he still hasn't noticed.

Well looks like I didn't laugh quiet enough because before you know it he stops and stares at me. "It's mine isn't it." He says while glaring at me. I couldn't help but burst into a fit of laughter while nodding my head yes. He sighs and then looks at me making me stop instantly. Uh-oh I know that look from anywhere. I instantly freeze then book it (in other words run really fast) to the cafeteria . "Give it back Ellie!" I hear Ricky yelling as I run to my other brothers inside for protection. I ran behind Zach because he was standing up thankfully and started using him as a shield while my twin is on the other side of him trying to grab the hat from my head.

"What are you guys doing?" Zach asked still shocked at what is going on. "Nothing" I say as Ricky says "She took my hat!" Zach then looks at me then at Ricky. And shrugs "Wasn't she wearing it earlier?" he says sitting down. "Yes I was" I say while Ricky is still glaring at me. "So why are you mad now?" He asks while taking a bite of an apple. "Cause she took it without permission." Ricky states and I just roll my eyes. "I took it like three weeks ago and your barely noticing. You obviously don't care about it if you didn't even notice." I state also sitting down. "Whatever" Ricky says as he sits down across from me. I can tell he's still mad at me by the way he's not speaking.

"Oh come on Ricky it's just a hat, you have like four hundred of them it won't hurt to give one up." I say looking at him with puppy dog eyes and sticking out my lip.

"Don't fall for it dude" I hear Carson and Mason both say.

But it's too late because Ricky already began to smile. "Oh all right I guess it's okay." He says while I hear the boys mumbling about not 'being fair'. I smirk at them and then smile at Ricky "Thank you Ricky, your the best twin in the whole wide world!" I say getting up and hugging him while the other boys roll their eyes.

After the bell rang we all went to class and Ricky reminded me to try and get ready fast so we can hurry up and get to the beach. I said okay and left for class. (A/N:Beach they go to is in media area)

Right now im at home deciding what bathing suit to wear. I decide to go for my blue and teal striped Roxy bikini. I hurried down the stairs and grabbed my beach towel and surfing backpack before heading to the garage where Ricky was already taking his and my surfboards from the rafters.

"Thanks" I say grabbing mine from him and going to put it in the bed of his truck and strap them down to make sure they don't fly out. "No problem, now lets go I've been dying to get back out on the water."

"Me too." I say and hop in the front seat while he gets in on the drivers side.

"Hurry up Ellie I cant wait forever!" He yells "I'm coming!" I say pulling my wetsuit up my shoulders and zipping it up. I don't know how Ricky managed to get his on in like 2.5 seconds but it took me like three minutes. I run over to him with my board in hand. "Ready?" He says I nod before we run into the water together.

About an hour later

"Did you see that wave that guy caught?!" I say looking at a guy a few yards away from us.

"Yeah that was a nice barrel. I should've went for it." Ricky says. I laugh and paddle a little further out. "So are you going to that one kids party this weekend?" I ask him

"You mean Josh's?" I nod "Maybe" he says. "Come on you haven't been to a party with me in forever." I say. "I missing my little partier" I laugh. "I'm older than you" he chuckles while splashing water at me. "Two minutes! By barely two minutes!" I yell splahing water at him. He continues to laugh so I glare at him "thats it" I say. He then stops laughing and tries to move farther away from me but it's to late because I push him off his board.

By now I'm laughing so hard as he comes back up for air with a you-did-not-just-do-that look on his face. I'm to busy laughing to notice him coming closer and closer until it's to late. In a matter of seconds im underwater and coming up for air probably looking exactly how my brother did.

We're both laughing and struggling to get ontop of our boards again because each of us keep pushing the other one off. I laugh and finally allow him back on his board. And I climb back on mine.

Exhausted we dicide to take a break and head back to shore and get something to eat. Putting my board down I slide down my wetsuit half way and dry off my upper body with my towel. I laugh as I see Ricky struggling to grab his zipper. I hand the string to him and then pull my cellphone out of my bag.

"It's 4:47 we should probably head back before it gets dark." I say to Ricky who probably looks as sad as I do right now.

"We can come back in a few days." I say knowing I'm going to be to tired and sore tomorrow to come back out. "Yeah sure." He smiles and grabs his stuff as do I.

"So want to help me make mac&cheese when we get home?" I ask him knowing mac&cheese is our favorite meal. "Sure" he laughs.
