When I Wake

THE CONDITION

One month past and my memory only dropped out once and the doctors told me I was improving. Little unimportant memories have come back and I can remember how to read more visitors have came to greet me an older brother and sister, grandparents and friends I didn't know I had.
The doctors have finally decided to fully explain my condition to me they wouldn't tell me earlier they said they didn't have enough to information yet. The gave me a folder filled with sheets of paper with information printed all over them.

Cause: Unknown
Further information on condition: Although we have not yet been told how this occurred we have put together enough information to explain the condition.
This is a very rare condition that we have only seen once before it is a type of amnesia
yet it occurs often some types are really bad and you will forget everything you know overnight every night and will only remember the necessities. From what we have gathered if the incident occurs a couple more times it may become this bad. Your condition is a lot better it has only occurred once a month so we need to keep you here for further research to prevent this from happening in he future to you and others. We have arranged for you to meet up with the other person with you condition. You two will meet in two weeks time on the 7 of May. You have been recovering well depending on how you go in the next 3 months you will be allowed to go home but you will have weekly check-ups and depending on how you are going it will be changed to monthly check-ups then yearly. More explaining will be on the next few pages we still don't understand why this happened but we have been doing as much research possible.
We shall inform you of any progress we make.
