Sleep didn’t come back after that. I felt like a lot of things had happened in a matter of a few weeks, and all the impacts that it made were coming at me right now. I felt various emotions at the same time. My heart was beating quickly as my stress doubled. How do I deal with this?

I sat up and started taking deep breaths. How I wish I could just fall asleep right here. How I wish I could forget everything that has happened so far...I know that it will never happen wishes never come true. I will never be able to forget.

I lie back down and roll to my side. I was staring at Elis. He looked so peaceful. If I only I could fall asleep that comfortably. My eyes close and I had a somewhat dreamless sleep.

“Cantalia, wake up!” I felt someone shaking my shoulder. I opened my eyes slowly. Anally kept shaking my shoulder. “We need to get moving.”

“So how far do we have to go?” I ask.

“Well if they keep making the wrong turns this will take a while. Unless you guys want to risk it and run on top of the bushes,” Aden answers.

“Is Rozo not there?” Elis asks curiously.

“Do you want me to wake him up?” Aden asks.

“No, let him sleep. I was just wondering,” Elis responds as I stand up.  Anally handed me an apple and I gladly took it. The apple was sweet and had a bittersweet taste. I stop in my tracks. Are apples supposed to taste like this?

“Are you okay?” Elis asks me worriedly. I shake my head.

“It’s nothing I must be imagining things,” I simply respond as I finish the apple.

“Well lead the way hot shot,” Anally smirks as she stares at the robot.

“Leave me be,” I heard Aiden mutter before walking forward. The robot creaking as he moved.

“Is it normal for the robot to be creaking?” I ask worriedly.

“Yeah, it is,” Aden simply answers.

“You’re not much of a talker are you?” Anally ask with a pout.

“There is nothing I can do about that,” Aden retorts while turning left.

“You can change it! You can try to talk more and stuff,” Anally catches up to the robot.

“I don’t really care,” Aden states.

“Stop being so difficult.” Anally yells as we turn another left.

“It looks like they’re having a lovers’ quarrel,” Elis states.

“Yeah, it makes you wonder if this is the first time they have ever met,” I state as they kept arguing.

“Well at least we know that she will leave Night alone for now,” Elis states. “It will be a little more peaceful.”

“I wonder how they’re doing,” I state worriedly.

“They will be fine, don’t worry,” Elis reassures me. I wasn’t truly convinced.

“I would believe you but they’re both alone they don’t have the Aden and Rozo to help them out,” I state my real opinions out.

“They aren’t alone they have each other to help them out of sticky situations,” Elis smiles slightly at me before walking up ahead.

We kept walking taking turns now and then. The walking was endless and the same. The only thing that was keeping me entertained was the bickering between Anally and Aden. This was getting boring. Just simply boring.
